Signature thread

I went ahead and added a signature in my settings, but for some reason, it’s not showing up on my posts... any idea what might be causing that?

Just a heads-up—you can't go back and slap a signature onto posts you've already made.

Because every single time you go to write a post, there's an option right below the text box asking if you want to show your signature or not. If you actually have a signature set up, that option defaults to on; otherwise, it stays off by default.

Basically, for every individual post you write, you can decide whether or not your signature shows up.

Is it okay if I include my email address in my signature?
(The first part of the address, before the @, is identical to my username here)

It’s because BB code is disabled in signatures (except for links). Basically, just plain text allowed, maybe some links.

So, what you're saying is the people who already had colors get to keep them, but those of us looking to pick a new color now get nothing? Seriously?! :O 😢

So, I was messing around with my signature settings earlier, and whenever I try to edit it, the text box looks super narrow and keeps throwing this error at me, saying there are too many lines—like, more than three or something, I guess. But then, when I actually go to make a post, the space is way wider, and my signature just ends up wrapping into two lines instead.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?😳

edit: oh, and obviously, I really want my ticker to be on its own line, specifically on the third row.

So I really can't use color, nor bold, or even italics?

And I can't even drop two line breaks?? 😕

What is my signature supposed to look like now? A damn gravestone! 🙂

In that case, I am never changing mine. 😛 (even though I once considered 😢)
