Skyline (2010) Discussion

Hey there.

The new flick from Rogue just dropped. Based on the trailer, it looks pretty intriguing, even if it clearly borrows DNA from "War of the Worlds," "ID4," and maybe even "Crysis." 🙂

Hopefully, it manages to actually be good, rather than being just another mediocre entry in the sci-fi invasion genre.

I checked the Broadway site for a US release date, but haven't seen anything yet.

It’s ridiculous. "Skyline" isn't even listed at AMC, and when I called their info desk, they had zero clue what I was talking about—probably because those idiots over at Blitz aren't doing their jobs. This movie hits theaters in the US in a week and looks like it could be a legitimate sci-fi hit.
So, there you have it. That's the state of our local theaters and the people representing studios like Blitz.

No trailers, no info, nothing. Not even a mention on the Blitz website, which is supposed to represent Universal. Honestly, the site is still under construction, which makes this whole thing even more pathetic. 🤮
