If they actually go through with mowing the grass in two different shades, the players are just gonna end up getting lost in all that green.🤣

If this club actually functioned with any level of competence—both in terms of their bank account and their standing in the league table—you have to wonder where they’d actually end up 😢

I’m a fan of the Lakers too, honestly—but lately, they just seem to stumble right at the finish line during the final rounds... I mean, you can't pull off a miracle every single year, right?

And if they decide to mow it in stripes too...🤣

And what if the player just spins 90 degrees?

Nothing really... first impressions are everything...😁

I suppose they’ll need to go full camouflage on their faces too, and maybe avoid smiling entirely, just to be safe 🤣

Lakers just dropped their 100th anniversary collection...🤣

Man, I honestly think they’re actually going through with this whole forced 100th anniversary thing 🤦
EDIT: The collection features this special commemorative crest, and it has these two stars on it... each one is supposed to represent ten championship titles won between 1911 and 2011.
aaaaaa 🤣

It’s a gorgeous design, if you ask me! But what is that random smudge on the shoulder?🤷🤣
I honestly think they would have looked much better if they had just gone with solid colors without all those extra bits on the shoulders, and if they really had to include them, couldn't they have designed them more cohesively? Is it just my eyes playing tricks on me, or is that yellow circle sitting just a centimeter away from the crest?🤣
Those ones from Etienne are absolutely stunning—so simple and elegant.🙏

Oh man, oh man, oh man... I honestly want to cry because this is just so pathetic. Seriously, I hope their kids—who already look like some ugly Italian reject or some garbage from the middle of nowhere—look even worse than this jersey. It’s just a stinking, soulless mess. God, I am actually fuming over these kits, mostly because I know I’m going to end up buying one, even though it’s absolutely hideous!

Which one are you leaning toward—the gold or the blue? 😁
The Boston Celtics have completely rejected the technical staff's input on this, whereas the Los Angeles Lakers apparently skipped that whole stage entirely and handled the jersey and crest design themselves. Most likely just yesterday.

mellowowl38 said:Yeah, I was actually keeping up with the news too. 😁So, the new kit just hit the shops, but there’s a total mess with the design—there’s actually a typo somewhere in the song lyrics on it, and they even messed up the old crest. Honestly, it’s kind of a disaster, but since that whole batch is already manufactured, we’re stuck with them. The players will be rocking these for the rest of the calendar year, and then we'll finally get the updated version next season. If I were actually a die-hard Los Angeles Lakers fan, I’d be having a complete identity crisis over whether this thing looks good or not. I’d probably end up buying it anyway, just out of pure loyalty. But hey, since I don't actually root for the Lakers, I can afford to sit here and seriously debate whether this jersey is actually decent or just a total eyesore. 😁So, here’s the dilemma: do I grab this current one that’s got a blatant typo and that outdated crest, or do I go for the new version which is grammatically correct but features that absolute garbage anniversary logo? Honestly, I’m leaning toward the first option—and I bet most Lakers fans are right there with me.
Plus, now that I’m actually looking at this kit, I can already tell who’s going to be the most "thrilled" with it: the sponsors, who are practically invisible in this shot—and let me tell you, once the actual match photos start coming in, they won't even be able to tell who's playing. And then there are the commentators, who will probably only realize after the Los Angeles Lakers game wraps up just how much of a joke those Nike national team jerseys are, what with those ridiculous little holes inside the blue numbers. 🤣
And honestly, since we don't have the sheer luck of wearing Umbro ourselves, here’s a little something to wrap things up—just a little mental escape for when nobody's looking, imagining us rocking that Dinamov tailored by Umbro in some alternate dimension. 😁
Compare this to that absolute disaster... it's pathetic. They should flood the club's inbox regarding the new kit manufacturer because this is an insult.
I'll be posting this directly on their official Facebook page first.
