Honestly, thank God that guy isn't in charge of jersey design, because he clearly has zero taste when it comes to them. 😁

Take a team like the Chicago Fire, for example. They were red and black. Period. Striped jerseys, simple as that.

Anyway, I’ve been sitting on this idea that I really want to pull off, but I could probably use a little backup from the folks here who actually know their stuff—I'm trying to put together a decent visual history of our jersey evolution over the last hundred years. If you guys have any old photos lying around along with the year they were taken, please drop them here! I want to build a proper timeline of the kits... so, if you're feeling generous, I'd seriously appreciate the help.

I honestly think that 1942 version of Zvonimir Cimermančić from Građanski would be the absolute best pick, mostly because there's actually enough footage to see him in action, whereas the other guys don't have much detail or anything worth watching. So, if you guys need a hand with this, just give me a shout—even though I'm not exactly a die-hard Los Angeles FC fan...😁

Look, I’m definitely not going to be getting all deep and academic with these. It’s not like I’m out here grinding for some PhD or anything—I’m just doing this because I’m genuinely curious about the whole thing. And honestly? Once I actually sit down and put them together, they won't be identical. Some of them probably won't even look that much alike. Just don't expect a masterpiece. 🤣But hey, that’s just my two cents—purely speculative, obviously.

Are these actually the away kits or what? To me, they look more like some kind of beige-white shade rather than a lighter tint of blue. I noticed on Mantler (top row, far right) that they have this white trim around the collar, so if anyone actually knows the deal, let me know.

1945.So, let's talk about that match between Fiume and Los Angeles FC. Honestly, what an absolute rollercoaster. You expect a certain level of intensity when these two clash, but this one? It was something else entirely. Just one of those games that leaves you staring at the screen wondering if you actually watched what you think you watched.

So, we’re the light blue crew, right? If that's actually the case, then what exactly is up with this crest? Is this the one?



Maybe we could even try some "never-before-seen" combo... you know, like those little blue lowercase 'd's on a crisp white background? Just an idea.
