There’s definitely some truth to that—they make such clean, classy kits,
like, I was honestly obsessed with this one

but man, they used to go way overboard with slapping their logo all over the jersey... though honestly, that hasn't really been their thing lately, thank god.

Puma seems to be the superior choice, I suppose. ☕

Hey, does anyone know if I can grab a new USA jersey with a number on it (but without the name)? Or are they only selling them blank right now?

Nah, they only ever stock the jerseys without names or numbers. You can't even grab our kit with that blank space for the number on the chest. Those are strictly player-only gear...

Man, what a joke! That’s not even a jersey at that point, it’s just a tablecloth with those crazy little squares and no red block for the number... 👎

If you treat a jersey like it's just some tablecloth, then you don't deserve it anyway...😲

Oh, sure, because Nike’s dad is out there hand-stitching every single jersey themselves, right? So obviously, they can't possibly make a mistake. 🙄

So, that red patch on the back of our new jersey? It barely leaves enough room for the number! I mean, what happens if we actually want names on the back next time? Is that red block just gonna fly right over the checkers?

Probably, same deal as the last jersey

Why on earth did they have to paint that massive red block behind the number? Adding a blue number on top just makes it look like one giant, awkward stain... It’s such a bummer because the jerseys actually looked pretty solid without all that extra stuff. Why couldn't they just put the numbers in small squares instead?😢

What do you mean "intense"? It’s the exact same shade as everything else on the kit. Imagine if it were actually a different hue! Besides, it has to be red so the red remains the dominant color of the jersey. We need that so we can actually play against teams wearing white kits, which is pretty crucial since our two toughest opponents in these qualifiers—Israel and Greece—both wear white.
I’ll give you this: the numbers could have been white. I have no clue what they were thinking there. But they definitely couldn't have gone with the little square design because according to FIFA and UEFA rules, the number has to be on a solid, single-color background.

Yeah, I caught that part about the numbers. But that color... man, it's just so loud and dark, it kind of takes over the whole jersey. Honestly, the front and the sides look pretty sharp, but the back design? Total disaster...

Honestly, looking at this jersey from a neutral perspective, the red looks way better than that white they had on the back.

Barca is dropping the new kit on June 5th. Hopefully it doesn't suck. 😁
