Spelling check

Is there any way to disable the spell check while I'm typing out a post?

That’s not an issue with this forum, it's your browser. You have the spell checker turned on. If you're using Chrome, type about:config into the address bar, find layout.spellcheckDefault, and set it to 0 (then restart). I don't know about other browsers.

For Chrome users who aren't exactly tech wizards 😬: just head over to Tools -> Options -> Advanced and uncheck "Check my spelling as I type"
