Ugh, don't waste your energy stressing over it—it either happened or it didn't. As for getting sick, I haven't caught anything in years, and honestly, I owe it all to eating clean. Next time you're meal prepping, just be more mindful of what you're actually putting in your body.
I really hope you feel better soon, but even if you did catch something, it’s not the end of the world. There are plenty of remedies out there, though personally, I swear by the natural ones.

No, that actually happened over at the kinesiology lab.
Everything would have been fine, but I haven't eaten a single thing all day. Oh well... it was worth it, though. One less person to worry about 😁 Now I’m starting to count... 10, 9, 8... and so on 😁
