Please, let’s try to keep the misinformation to a minimum. Neven actually reached out via email to clear things up; he's just away on a trip at the moment, which explains his absence today. Regardless, he was fully involved in prepping the materials for this episode, so there really isn't any truth to this "strike" rumor.
As for Renata, I'm not entirely sure what her situation is, but a strike is certainly not a given.
