I was watching some old highlights last night and started thinking about how much pressure we put on athletes to just "shake it off" and get back to 100%. We see these updates every summer where a player says they're feeling great or are ready to grind, but I can't help but wonder about the invisible stuff.

It's one thing to heal a physical tweak, but it's another thing entirely to regain that total confidence in your body when you know how easily things can go wrong. I remember watching a player a few years back who looked physically fine, but you could just see the hesitation in his movement. He was playing tentatively, and that's usually when the big mistakes happen.

Do you think the hype around players being "ready for camp" actually helps their mindset, or does it just add a layer of unnecessary stress before the season even starts?
