Water, sleep, food, B vitamins... none of it matters if things don't turn around by tomorrow. ๐Ÿ™‚

p.s. Tried that "fight fire with fire" approach this summer and I'll tell you whatโ€”it works, but man, you really have to kill yourself working to make it stick. ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

I knew you were wasted... and I know exactly how you feel. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ˜ข
Hell with it.

You've still got decades of drinking ahead of you, young Spike Lee! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Honestly, you shouldโ€™ve just puked right then and there. Or better yet, just shut up and stop drinking if you know alcohol hits you that hard, but whatever, it happened. At this stage, your only hope is slamming as much water as possible and grabbing a shot of strong espresso WITH LEMON. Yeah, you read that right. Forget the aspirin; a caffeine hit is way better for that pounding headache because it won't absolutely wreck your stomach lining. Also, for actual acute poisoningโ€”whether it's booze or something elseโ€”activated charcoal is the move. Next time you know you're hitting the bars, for God's sake, EAT something first and don't go overboard. My old man used to swear by swallowing a couple tablespoons of olive oil before a big night out. He claimed it totally blocked the buzz and the hangover. If you know you're going on a marathon session, just take two Aspirin and some B-complex beforehand. It actually works.๐Ÿ‘

(Now go beg your mom to whip up some sour soupโ€”maybe tomato or cabbageโ€”just to get something in your system and feel human again.)๐Ÿ˜‰

Maybe take some aspirin mixed with Vitamin Cโ€”then get an extra hour of sleepโ€”and you might just feel like a new person. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Tomato juice.

Just keep sipping and you'll feel better in no time.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Get away from the coffee. Personally, I start shaking like a leaf after a single cup. You just drink your caffeine fix and deal with it. There isn't some magic cure for it, and honestly, thatโ€™s part of the charm ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Fluids, man, just keep the fluids comingโ€”but seriously, stay away from the lemon because itโ€™ll absolutely wreck your stomach, plus maybe grab something for the headache...๐Ÿ˜Ž
And don't even think about touching coffee or any other junk like that.
You're gonna be feeling like total crap for at least two days, one way or another.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I remember stumbling upon this piece of advice onceโ€”apparently, if you wake up feeling absolutely wrecked and completely useless, you need to chug a glass of ice-cold milk.
I honestly thought it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever read.
But then, naturally, I found myself facing one of those brutal, soul-crushing hangovers, and I decided to test out this little nugget of wisdom. And let me tell you, it actually works! Itโ€™s the real deal.
In my experience, the higher the fat content, the better, since it seems to help soak up the damage, but the absolute clincher is that it has to be freezing cold.
Look, it isn't some magical Fountain of Youth elixir, but it makes things feel significantly, massively better...๐Ÿ‘

I died laughing.
Fast forward to the first time I actually dealt with a hangover like that... I remembered that little nugget of wisdom and MAN, let me tell you, it works!!!!
Obviously, the higher the fat content, the better, since it helps soak up the booze, but the real kicker is that it has to be ice cold.
Itโ€™s not exactly some magic fountain of youth, but it makes you feel way, way better....๐Ÿ‘

Just fair warning: you're gonna be running to the bathroom like a freight train right after.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Iโ€™d say youโ€™ll be losing your lunch like crazy. Milk on an upset stomach? Yeah... not a great idea. ๐Ÿ˜

Honestly? Iโ€™ve never actually tried that kind of "remedy" myself, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's some truth to it.๐Ÿ˜

Beer is actually a pretty solid source of Vitamin B. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ˜

Try some coffee.
Swap the sugar for salt and a couple of drops of Tabascoโ€”drink it fast, and after a few minutes, you'll probably sweat out even the tiniest bit of alcohol. Though, honestly, it won't just be the booze... damn.
Anyway, itโ€™s proven to workโ€”once you're done with this, the hangover will be the least of your worries.

I tried drinking some spring water to see if it would somehow soak up the alcohol in my system, but no luck. For heaven's sake, ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Just grab some Swedish Schnapps, take two spoonfuls, and you'll be sober in no time at all. ๐Ÿ˜

The absolute pinnacle of flavor is brine, assuming you actually have a refined palate. If you aren't familiar, itโ€™s essentially the liquid gold left over from fermenting sauerkraut.

Take my word for itโ€”don't even think about it!!!
๐Ÿ˜
I've seriously tried every trick in the book, and so far, the only thing that actually worked was the "Wait for it" approach.

Have you ever actually given it a shot?

So, Spike, have you finally sobered up yet? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Back in the dayโ€”early ninetiesโ€”we used to knock that stuff back at a local dive bar after a massive bender.

Eating grease helps before you start drinking, sureโ€”but really just so you can handle more. Itโ€™s not gonna fix the hangover later.๐Ÿ˜ข
