Hey everyone, I really need some input on these health issues I'm dealing with. My brain MRI shows some lacunar demyelination zones, which look like they're mainly ischemia areas in the left brainstem and the right basal ganglia. Also, my evoked potentials report points to a neuronal lesion in the crossed fibers of my right visual pathway. To top it off, I’ve dealt with Shingles in my left eye and on the right side of my neck. My cervical spine MRI shows I've got a flattened physiological lordosis in the C-spine. Around the C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels, there's also some mild kyphosis. At the C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels, there's disc bulging along with a thickened posterior longitudinal ligament and reduced anterior CSF space. The signal intensity of the cervical spinal cord itself looks normal, and the vertebral bodies seem to be a standard height with normal disc space.
