Time Adjuster

Could someone please walk me through how to actually use this program? I'm running into a bit of a headache because the subtitles are totally out of sync, and I have no clue how to get them lined up properly. If there’s anyone out there who really knows their stuff and could break down the whole process for me... even if you could include some Print Screens to show me what you mean... I would be so incredibly grateful.😍

Man, just search for a Google time Adjuster tutorial. I'm sure there are plenty with screenshots if you can actually read. 😘
