Oh please, you’re going to be a fashion mogul next? I can see it now... wearing all black paired with neon pink sweatpants. Just wait.🙂

Andrew Ramos10 said:I honestly didn't even know how to come up with a title for this... I just feel so incredibly low right now... just completely useless.
It feels like everything I touch in this life just falls apart. My whole existence feels like one big, continuous mess. There was a time when I truly believed that if I just worked hard enough, I could actually achieve my dreams and, you know, make something of myself...
But today? Today, the thing holding me back is this crushing feeling that I’m absolutely nothing... just a tiny, insignificant speck in the universe.
It's like all those simple, beautiful things that bring people joy are just out of my reach... family, friends, everything... they seem too good for someone like me.
I don't even have the energy to try anymore.
Sometimes this wave of hopelessness hits me so hard that I just want to crawl into a dark corner and hide from the world...
Even as I'm typing this out, the tears are just flowing... I feel so pathetic.
I find myself wondering if I'm secretly just looking for someone to pity me... why can't I just grit my teeth and fight through it like everyone else does?
I know life isn't easy for anyone else either...
But for me, the urge to just retreat and shut everyone out is overwhelming... is it normal for everyone to hit these lows sometimes?
I really don't know...
Please, don't start throwing advice at me... I'm not depressed, I'm not on any medication, nothing like that.
I just want to hear your stories... tell me about the times you felt deeply sad and felt like nobody in the world actually cared about you.

So I walk into my psychiatrist's office today, and the guy is literally singing. Like, full-on singing.😂🤣
I didn't even say a word, and he just looks at me and goes, "Well? You gonna cry or what?"🤣
Basically, the people who *don't* cry when they're hurting are the ones who end up in a therapist's office.
Keep your head up. Honestly, the best thing you can do for yourself when you're feeling down is to just let it out and cry.
It’s a cliché, sure, but in psychology, it's a proven remedy.👍

You’ve got a point there, Samuel Davis16... that’s honestly the best way to find some peace
But what I was really wondering about in this thread is what actually gets people upset, you know?
I mean, what causes that deep, heavy kind of sadness
The kind where your emotions just take over and you can't seem to pull yourself back...

...because sometimes I feel like I'm just a little too sensitive myself
...and it doesn't feel right if I'm the only one opening up here
So, come on guys, share a little bit... let's hear about your own sorrows and heartaches, hehe🙂

Even the small stuff hits me hard, but I can't cry. It's like I'm blocked.🙄
Back before my anxiety kicked in, watching a sad scene in a movie would absolutely wreck me. That's just how I am.
I haven't changed; plenty of things still get to me today... I honestly don't know how to deal with it. I probably should just let it out and cry.

Ugh, I honestly don't know... I'm in such a foul mood right now that I just want to binge on chocolate until I feel sick and aggressively squeeze every single pimple on my face
and then just pass out
I am seriously so incredibly frustrated with myself right now...

Man, I’ve just been dealing with a little bit of everything lately and feeling pretty rough. Out of two days, I'm totally spent. Just had to get that off my chest, feels better now.

I totally get that. Whenever my mood hits absolute zero, I tend to polish off an entire bar of chocolate too—it’s like some sort of weird survival mechanism, feeding that emotional void, I guess.
So honestly? Just go for it. Eat whatever makes you feel even a little bit better. If it helps calm the storm, don't you dare deprive yourself of that comfort.
The bottom line is just feeling a bit more human at the end of the day.
Sending love
