I have recently observed what appears to be a noticeable recession of the enamel along my gum line.
It seems to have progressed somewhat more significantly compared to how things looked just a few months ago...
It isn't causing me any physical pain, per se, but I find the aesthetic impact quite distressing to look at in the mirror.
Aside from the obvious necessity of scheduling an appointment with my dentist, does anyone have any practical advice or insights to share?
I should mention that I am quite frequently consuming bottled mineral water and I make it a point to have lemon water every single morning...
