So, a few days ago, I felt this weird discomfort in my upper left molar. It mostly happens when I’m running down some stairs or if I accidentally bump the back of my head—like, if I hit my occipital area with my hand, there’s this sudden sensation in the tooth, almost like something is sticking out of it. The tooth itself seems fine, honestly. No pain when I bite down, no sensitivity to heat or anything. There was a tiny little cavity there about two years ago, but a dentist fixed it up.
I tried digging around on Google for answers, but I'm coming up empty. Any idea what might be causing this?

It sounds like your tooth might just be sensitive to impact—I actually went through the exact same thing myself. Honestly, though? It’s probably worth getting an X-ray done just to rule everything out and give yourself some peace of mind.
