I’ve started noticing that my upper eyelids are often uneven. It’s nothing massive—we’re talking maybe a 3 or 4mm difference—but it really bugs me.
The worst part is when I’m heading to an event where I know I’ll be getting photographed; I look back at the pictures and realize one eyelid just looks... heavy, like it isn't fully open.
I see this happening to other people too, so I wanted to check if anyone here deals with the same thing. Does anyone have a fix that doesn't involve jumping straight onto a surgeon's table for plastic surgery?

It’s just one eyelid that fluctuates; sometimes they look perfectly symmetrical, but more often than not, one side hangs lower than the other. I tried using cold compresses, but honestly, it didn't do a damn thing.
It looks roughly like this:

Let’s be real, nobody on this planet actually has a perfectly symmetrical face.
It varies from person to person, I guess; sometimes it just depends on how you do your makeup.
The solution? Either accept that it’s normal or go get some plastic surgery.

Look, I know how it's supposed to work, but I just wasn't built that way. Some days my eyes are just... off. It's like one side is totally fine and the other is acting up,
while the rest of the day is perfectly normal. I honestly can't tell if it's some weird allergy or something else entirely.
I’m posting this here because I’m certain I’m not the only one dealing with this. I've noticed this exact same pattern happening with other people too, so there's gotta be a reason.

And just for the record, I always apply my makeup the exact same way on both eyes.

Maybe just some fatigue or a lack of sleep.
But what’s in this picture looks a bit more significant than just being tired. I mean, I’ve had stuff like this happen to me a few times, but nothing quite as intense as what we're seeing here. It was always just minor, so maybe it's something else entirely.

Regarding makeup, I guess I meant that wearing heavy foundation might not be the best move in these situations, since it would probably just make the area stand out even more.
