Has anyone here actually dealt with this teacher before—good, bad, or anything in between?

Back when I was studying under Stanislav, there was this guy Kenan who used to hang out with the group—he wasn't even a student, just a close friend of his. He was this massive guy, really tall and heavy-set, with long hair and long nails... honestly looked like some kind of giant straight out of a fantasy novel. He was about four years older than me—I was 21 then, he was 25. He acted like he was this ultimate spiritual master, maybe even enlightened or psychic. Man, he had an incredible way of talking people into things.
While we were all traveling through Germany together—it was just the usual crew: Stanislav, his girlfriend, Kenan, and me—Kenan finally decided to give me the real scoop on Stanislav. Once he told me what was actually going on, it hit me: Stanislav wasn't the authentic teacher he claimed to be at all. He wasn't even qualified to perform most of the initiations he was handing out, and all those stories about his "psychic visions"? Total lies. Kenan told me that Stanislav admitted to making the whole thing up. The guy basically just read a ton of spiritual books, mashed them into this weird personal cocktail, and decided to pitch it to a bunch of naive 20-year-olds as absolute truth. I guess his ego just needed a crowd of students hanging on his every word. After that trip, I was done—I cut Stanislav out of my life, both mentally and spiritually, and never went back.

Yeah, I’ve been scrolling through that blog too. Is all that stuff actually your own experience, or...

So far, I’ve only heard from one woman who’s absolutely raving about him—and then there’s that blogger who tore him to shreds... anyone else have a take on this?

I just finished up my training with him. Honestly, some texts I got from one of his students totally blew me away—but then I realized he basically just cherry-picked the best parts of everything from Babaji to Muktananda and stuffed them into his own little manuals. To be blunt, the whole vibe from that woman was just way too paranoid for me 🤣

Anyway, they probably have a blast over there... if I were to start something similar, it’d likely be a massive hit, but that's just not how you do things 😉
I mean, if someone just wants a hobby, fine—but if you're looking for a real guru who can actually guide you toward moksha? I'm not so sure about this guy...

Are you serious? Are all those high-profile disciples of his actually deluded... I don't know—honestly, I was floored when I read that blog because I genuinely thought he was the real deal.

If you take away the part about him "reading a lot of books," this sounds exactly like someone I know personally. Sure, his name isn't Stanislav, but he has that same exact tendency to play games with 20-somethings, especially young women.

As for initiations... honestly, just forget about it. Who exactly is going to initiate you? Who on earth is high enough up there to actually hold the keys to initiation?
Do your own work, maybe join some groups, but stay far away from those ridiculous, hierarchical spiritual structures. None of them are actual teachers. Just view them as people you happened to cross paths with, and you'll be fine. But if you let them get too close, you're going to end up lost on the side roads of their egos (and those roads usually lead straight to bedrooms, or awkward workshops, or some basement apartment, etc.).

But honestly, being in her presence just didn't sit right with me. You can just feel someone's energy—it’s a real thing—and I just didn't expect that kind of vibe from a yogi. It felt more like something you'd pick up from people into the occult or magic. At least, that's just my take. And get this—after a few years, when I mentioned I'd received a mantra from ....... she practically lost it! She goes, "You could have been a student of Babaji, yet you chose to follow that ...."

So yeah, thanks but no thanks... goodbye.

I haven't been initiated by Stanislav (thank God), but I was initiated by an Indian Swami, so I definitely know my way around this stuff.

Honestly, I don't know anything about Ugraya... and I really don't want to offend anyone—maybe he actually is a true yogi, who knows? All I know is that she turned me down, and that’s that...

If I ever actually meet him in person, then I'll have a better idea of what's what—right now, it's all just hearsay😉

If anyone here has actually been to one of his sessions, please share your experience—I'm genuinely curious😉

Look, I wasn't trying to start a fight or offend anyone—I’m genuinely just curious. What he’s offering sounds incredibly tempting, especially considering the price tag isn't exactly cheap. So, if anyone has firsthand experience dealing with his center, I'd really appreciate you sharing it.

Nancy Thompson3, you can't pull this off solo—this kind of expertise is passed down from mentor to student. A lot of these techniques aren't exactly safe to mess around with, and you certainly shouldn't be attempting them alone just because you picked up a book.

Look, I’m not some teacher, I don't lead a cult, I’m not out here picking up college girls, and frankly, I couldn't care less about my reputation—which, if you ask me, is pretty obvious.
And if someone happens to be jealous of what I can do, what I know, or whatever status I might have... well, that’s their problem, not mine. I guess that's just how it goes.

P.S. And for the record, I’m not offering any initiations or any of that hierarchical nonsense.

Exactly. But I'll find the right mentor when the time comes. And let's be real—it's not going to be some twenty-nine-year-old kid. Besides, I already have mentors, and most people know exactly what I call them.
