Alright, look, my mom is dealing with this absolutely brutal, unbearable pain in her left shoulder. During the day, it’s somewhat manageable, but at night? She can't get a wink of sleep. She’s only 45. She describes it as this sharp, stabbing sensation in the joint. This whole thing kicked off just two days ago—she woke up one morning and the pain was just there. I'm starting to get really worried about this, so if anyone has any insight, please reach out ASAP 😢 ..... She tried taking some over-the-counter painkillers, but they didn't do much of anything. Seriously, if anyone has advice, please let me know 🙂

My grandma went through something pretty similar with her arm. She went through endless tests and doctor visits, but they couldn't find a single thing wrong. Then, after a while, the pain just vanished as quickly as it showed up. 🤷

Fingers crossed for you guys 🙂

A friend of mine has been struggling with shoulder pain for quite a while now. She’s in her 40s and says the pain is so intense she just wants to scream. She’s already had an MRI of her shoulder and scapula, an ultrasound, and I think she mentioned getting her labrum checked out too. Everything came back totally normal, yet she literally can't even lift her right arm.
It probably isn't anything catastrophic. It could just be some kind of inflammation or maybe a pinched nerve, who knows... If she doesn't start feeling better soon, she should definitely see a doctor just so everyone can stop worrying. 😉
Keeping my fingers crossed that she feels better soon. 🙂

My suggestion might sound a little out there, but it could actually be a huge help for your mom. It’s just another one of those things where you have nothing to lose—no side effects to worry about, and honestly, the whole process is over before you know it...
Give Mom a massage—but keep it gentle at first, almost like you’re kneading dough, then gradually work in a bit more strength... Start with her left thigh (working toward the opposite leg), and then move down behind the knee. You want to be incredibly light around the knee itself, just enough to help that tension finally let go. After that, move on to the left foot, focusing the massage on the sole, specifically working around the area near the pinky toe...
Just a heads-up, though... you won't actually see the real reaction until about two days after you apply it.

Just type in FROZEN SHOULDER and read everything there, because I'm staying quiet for a while

That’s exactly what I was about to suggest.

He spent an entire year fighting against it.

How exactly do doctors diagnose "frozen shoulder"? Is it just based on the symptoms they see?

I'm thinking an ultrasound is the way to go.
