I ended up in a bit of an accident where I injured my eye. A glass bottle shattered, and a shard actually sliced right into it. I had to undergo surgery, which was thankfully successful, but there was a catch: my pupil ended up permanently dilated. My doctor put me on eye drops for about six months, but they didn't do a thing. After that, they tried fitting me with a specialized contact lens designed to cover the pupil and help with vision, but even that was a bust—it didn't improve anything. Interestingly, when I look through a tiny pinhole, my vision clears up to 20/20. If anyone has any advice on what my next steps should be... I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks!

So, does nobody actually know anything about this?
