Urgent!

I updated my email address, but I think I made a typo when entering the new one... When I went through the change, a message popped up saying a confirmation link would be sent to verify the update. Does that verification go to the (incorrect) email address I just entered, or will it show up in my inbox here?

And since I messed up the spelling, I obviously can't log in to fix it myself...

The confirmation goes to the incorrect address.
You might be able to fix it yourself, but honestly—your best bet is just to ask Admin!

Try clearing your cookies and giving it another shot. Just make sure you're using the right password—if you've forgotten it, you can always request an automated reset via email.

Here’s what it says: You don't have permission to view this page. This usually happens for one of the following reasons:

1. You aren't authorized to access the specific page you're looking for. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or jump into admin settings? Make sure those actions are actually allowed under our forum rules.
2. If you were just trying to post something, it’s possible your account hasn't been activated yet, or the Admin has suspended your access.

What username are you using?
Is it Barron?
If so, check your email—maybe look in the spam folder—to activate the account. Otherwise, try logging in normally; you might not actually be logged in, even if it feels like you are (could just be cleared cookies or something similar).

It’s because it looks like those automated mass emails—you know, the "click here to improve your performance" kind of junk—so the system just flags it as spam.
