USB support issues

I was digging through my BIOS settings earlier, and while I was navigating under Fast Boot > USB support, I noticed an option set to "partial initialization." I decided to switch it over to "full initialization," but now I'm left wondering—does anyone actually know the practical difference between these two modes?

It follows some kind of logic—just trying to get the USB drive to read faster during the Fast Boot process.

Thanks, that’s actually what I was thinking too, since that’s exactly what I’m trying to do—get the computer to boot straight from the USB.
