Dear forum members, could someone please clarify the following finding: "Within just a few smears, clusters of spindle-shaped Vimentin-positive cells were found, while DEZMIN-negative cells were present," noting that processing wasn't possible in other samples due to an insufficient number of cells...??? Essentially, I was wondering if anyone could explain what these "Vimentin" and "DEZMIN" cells actually are? For context, this is from an iliac bone puncture. Thank you very much.😕🤷
