I was wondering if someone could help me make sense of this. I know it’s linked to a UTI, but I’m trying to figure out exactly what's going on and what it actually means.

Thanks. I already checked that link, and I guess I didn't really get it at first. I just gave it another read though, and if I'm understanding this right—as a total amateur—it means there's an excessive amount of white blood cells in the urine?

According to what I'm reading online: Leukocyturia is defined by finding more than 10 leukocytes per high-power field
Essentially, this means you have a urinary tract infection and white blood cells—otherwise known as white blood cells 🙄—which have swarmed the area because some nasty bacteria 😉 decided to move in.
p.s. Under normal circumstances, you shouldn't be seeing leukocytes in your urine at all...
