Hey everyone,

Quick question for the group—so I was chatting with this guy today who works for WebMD, and he’s trying to sell me on this whole family coverage package. He's talking about free consultations, massage therapy sessions, and all sorts of perks for $67 on a monthly basis for the entire family... etc., etc. I'm wondering if anyone here actually has experience with WebMD? Is this stuff even worth signing up for, especially when you look at all the other private health insurance options out there? At the end of the day, I'm really not looking to drop $2333 just to get a massage....

Any advice would be huge.

They're basically trying to pull a fast one by bundling that massage service with their WebMD access—but the price they're quoting is five times higher than what you'd actually pay if you looked it up online. It's mostly just phone consultations. I'm not entirely sure what kind of actual coverage they provide or what the fine print says, but here is their own pitch:
The smartest move is to call them directly and demand specifics on exactly what you're paying for.

Honestly, I think having a subscription to WebMD is such a smart move... I’d much rather invest in a health package than blow my cash on some designer shoes or sneakers just to flex for people... You can't put a price tag on your well-being... Plus, you get second opinions, all sorts of checkups, and 24/7 access to pros to talk things through, so you tell me if that sounds stupid... Because if you ask me, it's a total no-brainer.
