What did you (intentionally) miss?

What have you guys intentionally skipped? Which movie did you start only to realize halfway through that it just wasn't for you? Is there something on your watchlist you can't seem to get around to? And which films did you reject, and why?
To the horror of most of you (maybe not), I’ll admit I’ve skipped every single Harry Potter movie. Why? Simple: I’m just not into wizards or that kind of fantasy. I gave it a shot, but it didn't stick. I was bored.
I'm also not big on superheroes, monsters, or vampires. For instance, I have zero desire to sit through the Twilight Saga, and honestly, I regret even watching Van Helsing.

He also somehow managed to skip all the Harry Potter movies, the Twilight Saga, and even Eclipse... totally by accident, obviously.😁

Uwe Boll's films, Four Lions, Saints and Soldiers (just watched them)...

I have this habit of rejecting movies just because they're overhyped and everyone's raving about them.

So, I completely skipped Avatar and Montevideo Bog, and instead, I watched

I try to stay away from anything starring Angelina Jolie; I honestly just don't respect her acting at all...

Started watching Primer yesterday, but honestly? I bailed after like 20 minutes.
Even if it ended up being some masterpiece, there was no way I was sticking it out. The beginning is just pure nonsense—they just toss around random jargon and total BS without explaining anything.😁

I’ve noticed lately that I'm increasingly turning off movies before they even reach the credits. Just in the last month, I've walked away from titles like Sucker Punch, I am Number Four, No Strings Attached, and Arthur. I've never really had any interest in things like Transformers, Star Wars, or those endless vampire sagas.

all those LOTR movies 🤣

Everyone's gonna come for me now, haha, but honestly, when they first came out I was just a little kid and I just couldn't get into them... and even after all this time, I still can't seem to force myself to sit down and actually watch them... I still haven't managed to pull the trigger on a marathon 😂

Potter is completely uninteresting to me. I can't wrap my head around how much money that series made... and Pirates of the Caribbean? Please. Just no.

Just more emo teenage angst nonsense like Twilight, mixed with all that Masonic propaganda found in The Da Vinci Code and Angel and Demon.

I suppose Twilight and a horror puzzle might be the first things that come to mind.

Some movies just require the right headspace.
So far, I've skipped Babel, Mandalay, Antichrist, and Changeling... Just waiting until I'm in the right mood for stuff like that. I'll get around to them eventually.

Then there’s a totally different category of films I intentionally avoid and will never watch: Twilight, I Am Number Four, Green Lantern, and Captain America.

I actually started watching Iron Man 2 in the theater and walked out halfway through. First time I've ever done that in a cinema.

That’s a lot. A quick rundown of yesterday: Iron Man 2, Green Lantern, Sherlock Holmes, various rom-coms, Wolfman, Thor, Transformers 2, the entire Harry Potter collection, and all twenty of those Nicholas Cage movies... I watched them all.
