So, this is what my diagnosis says, but I can never seem to find the right moment to bring it up there. I know it’s pneumonia, but when the woman on the review board read through it, she just looked at me over the top of her glasses and asked, "Wait, what exactly were you dealing with?"
Then one day, a doctor just looks at me and asks, "How on earth did this happen?"
What was it that I actually went through?

Could the diagnosis be left-sided pleuropneumonia?
Could it be that we are looking at a case of Empyema pleurae sin?
Is there any way to truly manage hypertension through diet alone? I find myself wondering if focusing on certain foods can actually make a meaningful difference in those blood pressure readings.
I know this is likely just my high blood pressure acting up again.

Can any of our doctors weigh in on this?🙂

Man, you went through it with that pneumonia and pleurisy. Hope you're feeling way better now!😉
Empyema pleurae sinus (basically pus buildup in the pleural cavity)

Was your job involving any contact with animals?

I don't work in retail... so why would I be dealing with animals?

Just wanted to jump back in and add one more thing: we're actually looking at an infection left lung lobe and the surrounding pleural space.. 😉

I might also suggest considering high blood pressure...😁

What is going on with all these animal welfare issues lately? I find myself feeling quite unsettled by it all.

Not specifically 😉 asking about that, by the way. Pleuropneumonia tends to pop up more often in people who hang out around "bigger" animals. And I don't mean dogs or cats here. I’m talking cattle😉
But whatever, the main thing is you're doing okay now👍
Here, you even got the exact location of the inflammation😉

Cattle? Honestly, what would I even do with a herd of cows... maybe anything at all, I suppose. Regardless, I really am grateful for all the answers you provided.
