Which used monitor is better: Dell UltraSharp or Samsung Monitor?

Hey. I need a quick reality check—which one should I grab? These two monitors are basically the same price used, sitting right around $167. So... is the HP actually better than the Philips?
I’m no tech guru, so I need someone who knows their stuff to weigh in. Thanks. 🙂

Honestly, just grab the Philips—you’re getting a bigger screen and better resolution out of it, plus you get that DVI connector. That HP is basically just old office junk at this point; it’s definitely not worth the cash.
