Whirlpool washing machine issues

I need someone who is familiar with the Whirlpool WDS 872 C washer-dryer combo or has actually worked on one. During operation, specifically during the spin cycle, there is a heavy knocking sound. I want to know which
drum bearings and shaft seals (specifically the part numbers or dimensions) I should buy so I can pick them up before I start the repair. Thanks.
