Where? It’s against the rules. If you spot a post like that out in the wild and it hasn't been scrubbed yet, hit that flag icon and report it. The mods aren't superheroes. They can't catch every single insult or violation on their own.

No, I don't get anything. If you actually want to talk, my PMs are open. Just because I don't insult people, spam, or troll—and actually try to be helpful—doesn't mean I'm kissing up. I'm doing this purely out of boredom.
Look, the moderators aren't superheroes hovering over us 24/7. They have lives outside of this forum. If an insulting post isn't removed, maybe nobody even saw it. It’s much easier to just hit the report button. If nothing happens, then come here and complain.
It's impossible for anyone to help you if you don't even provide the PDF you're complaining about.

The real issue with those little icons is that there’s just zero feedback to let you know what’s actually happening with your appeal.

Sure, but you can just report a post and wait. If nothing happens after a bit, come back, say you filed a report and nothing was done, drop the link, and it'll get handled. Don't expect a post to be nuked the second it appears, but if it’s still sitting there even after the icon shows up, speak up. You can complain without a formal report, but at least have the decency to specify which PDF you're flagging—drop a link to the thread or a screenshot.

Then again, one could simply choose not to be such a crybaby and actually endure the usual forum friction. Instead, people just spend their time whining—demanding this ban, demanding that ban, constantly citing violations of laws or the Constitution or whatever else they can dream up... and slowly, inevitably, the forum just becomes increasingly mindless and tedious...
