But if you actually bothered to use your head, the most vital thing would be to check the official announcements, where it clearly states:

Why on earth would I—as one of those few users actually trying to keep this community alive—waste my time scouring through dead pages looking for answers about my own account issues? Just fix the site layout properly or get rid of those options altogether. Like I predicted a year ago... you guys probably won't even be around by next year anyway...
