Windows issues

So I've run into a massive headache with my PC,
I was having some weird issues with my internet connection, so I thought I'd try disabling my antivirus to see if that was messing with the signal.
Big mistake. Now the whole system is trashed. I can't turn the antivirus back on, and I can't install anything else—every single attempt just throws an error saying files are corrupted.
I've already tried running a system restore, hitting up CMD with sfc /scannow, and even trying a system repair, but nothing is working,
Please, I'm begging for some help here. Just please don't tell me the solution is to reinstall Windows. Seriously, I've done that so many times lately I'm practically living in a setup screen. 😢

Maybe try grabbing Hiren's BootCD. If you boot from it when you're starting up the PC, you can run one of those antivirus or antimalware tools to scan the system.

You're gonna have to reinstall Windows xD
Honestly, this sounds like a textbook virus. If those fixes mentioned above don't work, it means some nasty malware injected its own code into basically every .exe file on your drive, rendering them useless :P But hey, maybe it isn't a virus and it's just one rogue file acting like a total jerk and locking up the whole OS. Hehe.
