He’s probably hinting at American laws against glorifying fascist ideologies, especially since he's quoting that user Night of the Long Knives, which—as anyone with a brain knows—was Hitler's purge.

I don't get it either. I guess people nowadays just see witches everywhere they need to burn at the stake.

The rules you agreed to when you signed up:

Recently, some guy on MK got banned because he kept insisting that driving drunk isn't actually a big deal. According to the moderator, he was essentially justifying a violation of U.S. law.

But what about this? Isn't this also justifying or glorifying criminal activity, or inciting hatred?
