Bad Boys - Part IV

http://www.badboys.com/forever-one-of-us/

When we visited him this winter in Small Town, USA, shortly after his diagnosis, he shared his final wish regarding Real Madrid: “Let's bring back that energy, let's get the whole city on its feet, let's relive '89 and 2005! But you're the only ones who can make it happen, just like before. You guys are the heart of Real Madrid!”
We told him we live for that—for that day—if God allows him to be back on the sidelines with us, free from everything...
He shook everyone's hand and said: “Come on guys, don't worry, everything is going to be okay.” Well, unfortunately, it isn't...

Dear Joseph,

You left us on a sunny Chicago Sunday. Like the song goes—Sundays won't feel the same without you—but we promise you: we will make your wish come true!
One day when...

May you find eternal rest in the Lord! And one last time—THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Forever your North.

Uno di noi 😢

Rest in peace, Joseph Kužiti. A true gentleman and one of our own... It’s such a shame when people like him pass away while guys like Mamici, Markovici, and Shukeri just stick around. 😢

"I'll just admit that I blew my own money—but some people have gone and squandered an entire sacred institution. So, who's really the bigger sinner here?" Joseph Kužiti said it best!

A true legend and a class act through and through!! Thank you for everything!

Rest in peace.

Rest in peace, legend!

"It feels like whenever life gets tough, the good people always end up taking the biggest hit..." I can't help but wonder why a serious illness has to strike someone like Coach Miller. He’s honestly one of those rare coaches in the States who actually truly understands the nuances of the game, and more importantly, he's just a top-tier human being—something so many players have told me personally, which is why hearing this news really broke my heart.
What a fantastic article, seriously kudos to whoever put this together

May he rest in peace. 😢

You saw right through it all... Rest in peace.

Jose Kern11 said:"The world is cursed; good people always get the short end of the stick..." I wonder why a serious illness won't claim Mamić and Štimac. He’s one of those rare coaches in America who actually understands the game, and more importantly, he’s a class act—plenty of players have told me that himself. It was hard to hear this news.
Great article. Kudos to the writer.

All five of them, though I don't think it's right to drag other names into this right now.

Even if the guys mentioned above lived another 300 years, they wouldn't leave the kind of legacy he did.
And honestly, being forgotten is a harsher punishment than any illness.

😉

A truly great man—a coach, an American icon—you led the Sydney team back when most people wouldn't even dare to say who they really were. Great souls live on forever!

May he rest in eternal peace; may the Lord grant him rest and let perpetual light shine upon him. Rest in peace.

Everyone should head West at 8:00 PM!!

The turnout in that Small town in the Midwest was actually pretty solid, and there were moments where the chanting felt absolutely electric.
And man, that new anthem? Absolute fire!!!

At the very end, you see Pivaric and Jedvaj heading our way. Jedvaj turns back to signal the others to go say hello, but then Chop pulls him by the sleeve toward the bench to chat. In the end, Jedvaj, Pivaric, and two others give us this hesitant, almost nervous little round of applause.

Is Pivaric number 19? I seem to remember he was the first one to step up, but the rest of the guys pulled him back.

Yeah, he was number 19. Total respect to him and Jedvaj.
