So, I was thinking... maybe someone with actual expertise could weigh in here—you know, someone who actually knows their stuff—about which exercises are truly the best for getting rid of belly fat... and more importantly, which ones actually speed up the process? I mean, does it even work that way? And honestly, are there any little tricks to pull off... like wearing shapewear, or maybe some kind of compression gear... I don't really know!

Unfortunately, there aren't any shortcuts.
If there were, I suppose someone would have already found a way to monetize them.
Anyone peddling "magic" solutions or specialized pills is likely just taking advantage of people's optimism.
Targeting just the belly area is, practically speaking, impossible.
You really just have to lower your overall body fat percentage.
How? Well, I guess you could start here:
Check out this link.
There are plenty of people there who understand nutrition and similar topics quite well.
It isn't just bodybuilders on that site.
Maybe read through the FAQs, and feel free to ask if anything seems unclear.
If you find these topics interesting, you might want to visit this link.
It essentially boils down to a few things:
-Avoid eating anything for about two hours before bed.
-Try eating more frequent, smaller meals (perhaps five or six instead of the usual two or three).
-Eat intelligently (avoid junk food; focus on things like Omega-3s).
-Consistent exercise helps speed up the process, I think.
You can find much more detail regarding all of this in that first link above.
All you really need is a great deal of willpower and enough time for your body to adjust to a new routine.
And, well... good luck.
👍

I suppose those two links should be enough for a couple of rounds of experimenting and studying.😉

Here’s a tip: stop crushing beers and start burning more calories than you consume.😬
Wearing extra layers just makes you lose water weight, not fat, and you'll end up overheating.
Or just take the advice from mistypanther. ; )

Anyone know what happened to that jiu jitsu club over in Ivan? I tried looking online but all I can find is ancient history from like 2005. Is the place even still running?

Hey, does anyone know anything about ninjutsu here in the Osage area?
I tried looking up Bujinkan Osage online, but I can't find a website for them. There's a link on the Bujinkan America site, but it doesn't lead anywhere... I have no clue what's going on.
Thanks.

I was wondering if there might be any clubs located within the greater metropolitan area or perhaps somewhere in the surrounding suburbs that specialize in training Yamakazi—specifically parkour. It’s something that has captured my interest since I was quite young, and I have a sincere desire to begin training properly, yet I haven't been able to find a single organization that truly focuses on this specific discipline. Any information or leads you could provide would be incredibly meaningful to me...
In case you aren't entirely certain what I am referring to, I believe the following might offer some helpful context...

It’s just a small group. I suppose that’s how it goes.
I suppose things are about to get a bit messy at the fair. Maybe even a little chaotic.

There isn't an official club (at least there wasn't when I was looking), but check out the community site www.parkour.org. That's where people coordinate meetups... you can just ask if you can jump in with them. It’s not really a formal setup, more like a group of friends doing their own thing...
Your best bet is to sign up there and ask... most of them are pretty chill and happy to help out...

Where in the States can I find the cheapest MMA gloves and shin guards? By "cheapest," I mean the absolute lowest prices out there.🙄
#1097 ·
Well... there were some quite inexpensive gloves at Eurobike, though they've already sold out.
Generally speaking, you don't see them much around town.
As for leg gear, they only had Kickers; no shin guards.
They weren't actually any cheaper than what you'd find elsewhere, I suppose.
Gloves:
At Pride, prices start from $100 upwards (assuming they have stock).
Over at Pro Fight Store, you can find these for $90.
And those for $93.
Those first ones seem to suit me better... at least in the sizes they had available.
Shin guards:
The Shin models (also at Pro Fight Store) range from $30 up to $83.
They have plenty of other models in between. You might want to check their website.
And at Pride, they go from 100 to $67 (though I'm not certain if they have them in the shop).

Not firsthand, but I’ve heard plenty of negative feedback from others. Personally, I’d suggest skipping it.

It’s basically just a mix of Judo and Karate
but the membership fee is steep
$133monthly, I think (gym access included too)
