Specialized and rare? Please. You've got simple water-filled cysts, and then you've got the ones filled with, I don't know, blood? Most of them are just fluid-filled sacs that either burst on their own or require you to go in for some kind of drainage or laparoscopic surgeryβ€”something like that.

Then there's PCOS, but that’s a whole different headache altogether.

Someone explained it to me once, but I won't dive into the details since I don't really know much about the specific types of cysts myself.🀷

Just letting you guys know I haven't received my πŸ™‚
yet.
Man, I honestly want to jump up and down for joy, but I’m actually holding back a smile because I'm terrified I might burst a stitch or something if I laugh too hard πŸ™‚
.
Seriously though, fingers crossed, ladiesβ€”please pray this is finally it πŸ™‚
.
Love you all 😘

Allow me to share my own experience regarding this matter. I have taken two separate tests: the first following a twelve-day delay in my cycle, and the second after sixteen days. Both yielded negative results, despite my absolute certainty that I am pregnant. In

I visited my OB-GYN this past Tuesday, and she officially confirmed that I am pregnant. While we haven't been able to detect a heartbeat just yet, the little one is definitely in there.

😍😍😍

Congrats, girl! 😘

How late were you when they gave you the news? πŸ˜‰

My due date is April 30thβ€”so exactly a week from now if things don't happen sooner, obviously πŸ˜‰ and I'm wondering if you can actually see anything on the scan yet. My last period was March 5th.

I was using some Romed diagnostic kits, specifically testing the first void of the morning.

In your case, you should even be able to detect a heartbeat. My last day of menstruation was March 17th, though I have quite a short cycleβ€”it occurs every 21 days and lasts for seven. I am currently four weeks pregnant. Based on my specific cycle, I add two weeks to the end of my last period, whereas if you have a standard cycle, you simply add one week. My physician advised me that if I return next week, we will be able to observe the fetal heartbeat.

Just thought I’d chime in and let you all know 😁 I’ve been reading through everything here and searching for... well, just some things 😁 to confirm for myself. My period isn't technically late yet, but I’ve been feeling incredibly strange lately. My stomach feels a bit larger than usual, and I’m feeling so sleepyβ€”even though I’ve been waking up early πŸ˜β€”but overall, I just have this certain feeling about things. It’s possible there might be a baby on the way, since we weren't exactly being super careful a few times. πŸ™‚ My last period came in normally, though it didn't hurt nearly as much as it usually does, if that makes sense. I also know quite a few people who had their period during pregnancy. Plus, I've been having this brownish discharge for the last couple of days, and I see from your comments that many of you have dealt with that too. I guess I'm wondering how reliable that sign actually is? Anyway, my stomach is bothering me a little; I work an office job so I spend a lot of time sitting down, and it just feels... sort of off, like a really weird sensation 😁 So, I’ll probably pick up a test today and then I'll let you guys know what happens

If you're pregnant, you're already in your 7th week, though the ultrasound will probably show you at 8 weeks. You should be able to see a tiny little baby and the heartbeat by then.
Your due date would be right around December 12th.

And I'm crossing my fingers that what she wrote turns out to be true.

So, when are you actually supposed to get your period? And regardless, take the test first thing in the morning.

One more thing... I read that some people get negative results. I don't know how they're doing it, but I always pour the urine into a small cup first, then dip the stick or strip in as deep as it goes for about thirty seconds, and it always gives a clear reading.

I usually just use the GraviGnost mini test. It's cheap, around $12 and it works fine.

I should be getting my period in about ten days, but I honestly don't feel like waiting around. I guess I'm not quite sure how realistic it is to expect to gain a couple of pounds and have that little bloat by March 30th, which was when my last one showed up. Also, what’s the deal with the ovulation spotting? When I did a test about a year ago, I used a urine cup, and most of them seem pretty much the same to me...

I followed that exact same routineβ€”collecting it in a cup, dipping the strip, counting to ten, and so onβ€”strictly following every instruction provided, yet I still ended up with two negative tests even though I was, in fact, pregnant.

Honestly, I don't think people are doing the tests wrong; I think they just plain fail to detect it. Like, take that GraviGnost mini one versus the bigger oneβ€”whatever the hell that's calledβ€”one woman on some forum (maybe even here?) tested while she was definitely pregnant and it didn't pick it up even once! Clearblue gave her a faint line, but the Intim Plus showed a solid plus sign πŸ˜‰

which just goes to show again that tests are 1% unreliable sometimes.

Ugh, I have to tell you about something that happened the other dayβ€”this coworker of mine kept trying to convince me I wasn't pregnant. She was like, "There's no way, your breasts aren't even tender," and I'm just sitting there thinking, WTF?? πŸ˜• Like, what does that even have to do with anything? 🀷 If 70% of pregnancies are high-risk or difficult, it doesn't mean I'll have symptoms too. My god, I just stayed quiet after she said it. It didn't even bother me, it was actually kind of hilarious. How can you claim to know something if you aren't even remotely sure?

Ugh, now that I'm thinking about it, there's a chance that M 30.03 was actually a dud. I've definitely gained some weight and have this little tummy sticking out that probably wouldn't be there if I hadn't been pregnant just a month ago... at least, that's my guess. :/
Jeffrey Morris4, huge congratulations! 😁 How far along are you now?

I was just wondering, who among us is the youngest mom, or perhaps someone expecting a little one soon? πŸ™‚
