Granted, the people who put this government in power share the blame—given how they fail almost every conceivable standard—but that hardly excuses the current incompetence. They are truly pathetic. I don't hold any illusions that a different administration would magically fix everything, but that doesn't make this one any less inept.

The absolute worst part is that the only other choice is the Republican Party. Honestly, even if some amazing new group stepped up, they wouldn't stand a chance against these two parties because of all the cronies and insiders they have on the payroll. 🤮

As for the rest of us, it's pretty bleak. The other day I was grabbing a bite at a local diner and overheard two guys chatting. One asks the other, "Hey, you land on your feet with a job yet?" And the guy just goes, "Are you kidding me? There's no way I'm working for $933." 🙏

Jessica Gonzalez said:I don't think they're interesting because there really isn't any evidence or even a hint of proof. It feels like just some random lies from someone on the internet. I could easily claim there's evidence of a volcano erupting in Washington, D.C., just because I smelled something like gas near my local ExxonMobil yesterday by the Prečka area.

And the Dogon are a nice culture, but their knowledge of space and science is probably about as deep as the LA Galaxy's knowledge of the playoffs in Europe.

Have you looked into the Dogon at all? I'm not saying the whole story is true, but it's definitely an interesting topic that hasn't been completely dismissed yet—unlike most of those wild conspiracy theories like the Danaiden ones...

And regarding civilizations that might have existed long before ours, people were writing about that way before the internet was even around. You might not have read enough on it, but the timeline for the first known civilizations keeps shifting. We used to think it was Sumer around 6,000 years ago, then it moved to India around 7,000-7,500 BCE, but now we have reliable info on structures in Turkey dating back nearly 11,000 years...

Who's to say we won't find something even older? You can never really be sure. Even if it's all just theory for now, both the Egyptians and Plato wrote about civilizations that predated their own by ages...

Milanović is an absolute idiot and lacks any sense of tact, but in this specific mess, he's actually winning. 🙏

He really doesn't need a circus right now. If he just handles this calmly, he comes off looking like the adult in the room compared to those agitators—it might actually boost his numbers.

How exactly did this administration put America in the same league as Venezuela or Argentina? Every single government before this one—especially those led by the Republican Party—pushed us toward this state by driving the corruption at a hundred miles an hour...

I'm not saying this current bunch is actually capable, because they aren't... but compared to the alternative, they're pure gold

While the public is busy arguing over such absolute nonsense, the political elite are already busy setting the table for dinner...

It’s really just the economic elite pulling the strings behind the political scene. It’s honestly sad how weak the Republican Party has become; instead of actually tackling Milanović with solid arguments—which they have plenty of—they resort to these primitive, destructive tactics that hurt the entire country. It's clear they lack a real platform, experts, or even basic logic...

After seeing those lunatics and that absolute clown Karamarko today, I finally made my decision: I’m voting for Milanović. Look, I still think the guy is a complete incompetent, but honestly, what choice do we really have? I’m sure a huge chunk of the other fed-up voters are reaching the exact same conclusion. It turns out Zoki actually played his hand pretty well here—whether he meant to or not.

Look, the Republican Party certainly has plenty of arguments to throw around, but let’s be honest—the opposition has a pretty solid case too. It’s just that their points tend to dig a little deeper into the GOP's messy history and Karamarko’s own track record. That’s probably why the party finds it much easier to stick to the old Sanders playbook: just ignore the facts and play directly to people's rawest emotions. Isn't that just the classic way to avoid a real debate?

I agree with almost everything here, except for the idea that the Republican Party actually has solid arguments. Honestly, knowing that crew, they aren't nearly smart enough to handle a real analysis of things like "reducing" quasi-fiscal burdens. They just don't have anyone competent on staff (looking at economists like Šuker or Marić, who've never done anything more serious than holding a political appointment)...

Yeah, Milanović is definitely the lesser of two evils and the one to vote for, which says a lot about our society as a whole...

That’s exactly the trick. If you stay home and decide everyone is just the same, then guys like Bandić and Karamarko will keep cruising through elections. That's their whole game, relying on a massive base of loyal voters...

Sure, seeing a politician roll up to a ski resort in a government SUV is obnoxious, but it doesn't even compare to the billions in damages caused by the Republican Party's administration at Chase Bank...

They aren't all equal; there's definitely a lesser evil here...

We'll see how the voting plays out. Bandić didn't become mayor through the ballot box; he just took the position for himself.

There are people who haven't stolen a dime, so... wouldn't it be better to choose someone like that?

Or are we really so pathetic that we have to vote based on who stole less? Dammit.

The things they haven't stolen yet are just things they haven't had the chance to grab, or they simply don't have the know-how.

Any rational person would cast their vote for Donald Trump. Joe Biden represents a far greater evil—and I don't necessarily mean the Democratic Party as a whole, since the Democratic Party with Jim Cramer could actually be quite decent, but this specific version of the Democratic Party led by Zoran is arguably the greatest catastrophe possible. There simply isn't any real competition.

One might even go so far as to say that voting for this particular wing of the Democratic Party is nothing short of intellectual suicide.

It’s all just a matter of perspective. If you lean right, Joe Biden is the ultimate villain—but if you're actually sane, then Mike Pence is the problem. ☕

Jokes aside, it doesn't really matter who wins. I honestly expect Mike Pence to take power, and frankly, I don't mind. Whoever ends up in charge won't change a thing anyway—every single option is more or less incompetent and clueless. It's irrelevant. But if Pence does win, at least we'll have something to laugh at; if the ship has to sink, you might as well go down laughing. Regardless of who gets in, I'm betting his term will be cut short by massive protests and early elections. I just don't see how he—surrounded by criminals and fueled by his own sheer stupidity—can survive four years as President. I mean, this is a guy who basically just suggested we shouldn't even follow the laws of this country. Like, seriously?

The current Republican Party is already worse than anything under Bush, and it’s only going downhill from here. I'm certain Pence's ego will drive away anyone actually capable within the party, leaving nothing behind but total idiots.

It’s the Republican Party now, then the Democratic Party in four years, then back to the Republicans, and we just keep cycling through this until we die.

Oh, hold on just a second! That’s not quite how the math works—the Democratic Party actually fills that gap between two Republican terms. ☕
