I guess you have to wonder if it was actually worth all that money.🙄

I guess if you've spent your whole life wanting a different nose, you might as well just go ahead and get it. 😁
If anyone ever asks me what my most expensive possession is, I’ll probably just tell them: my nose.
I guess I'm starting to get self-conscious about my thin lips now. I really want to get them fuller, but honestly, the thought of getting lip injections gives me the creeps.😲

I’m definitely leaning towards the new one over the old version—it’s smaller and way cuter! 😁 Once the swelling finally goes down, things are gonna look even better. Look, John Newman2 knows exactly why she wanted the surgery and what was bothering her about that old nose—there’s absolutely nothing to regret!

Thanks again for the photos! 🙂

And since you, John Newman2, know exactly why you went through with this and what bothered you about the old nose, there shouldn't be any regrets!

Thanks again for sharing the photos! 🙂

No problem! 🙂
If I had to mention one thing I'm worried about right now... one girl told me that when I post my before-and-after shots, she thinks the bridge of my nose might sink down by at least 5 mm. I really don't want that to happen; I'm just afraid it'll end up looking too long, and I felt like my nose was already on the longer side. I'm just hoping I won't end up with a huge bump once all this swelling finally settles down!!!

Sure it will, but don't expect things to just snap back to how they used to be 😁 Personally, I think a slightly dropped nose looks better—not all upturned and aggressive.

Yeah, I actually dig his work based on the photos I've seen. Dr. Zambelli is alright too—I really liked what he did for that wild Kristina Lumbar😁. There's a video on YouTube if you want to check it out. He even fixed Severina's nose so she can finally breathe normally.

🙂 Don't you dare laugh at me...

Honestly, I just think that shape suited you better. If it didn't have that little bump—maybe a bit shorter, with the tip turned up...

Look, I get it—the newer one is technically superior and looks a hell of a lot better, but...🤷

I don't know... maybe just leave it alone?

If only it didn't have that little bump—maybe shorter, with a slightly upturned tip.

*woodworking*

But stormyharbor2, isn't that exactly what a nose "without the little bump, shorter and with an upturned tip" would look like?🤣

Nancy Perez74 said:Look, @stormyharbor2/">@@stormyharbor2, the new nose is basically "without that little bump—just shorter with an upturned tip"...🤣

Yeah, but it’s a completely different vibe. The original had this sort of elegant, sweeping feel to it—long and flowing—whereas this version is just short and... "blunt." I don't even know how to put it into words properly. And now you want to make it even smaller? Even shorter?... 🙂 🤣 And maybe you could fix that mouth of yours too? Jeez. Don't make me come over there and slap you... 😂

Look, don't listen to me. Honestly... if you're happy with how things turned out and that's what you were aiming for, then fine. Good for you. 👍

@stormyharbor2/">@@stormyharbor2, haha, where on earth do you find these emojis? I'm actually dying here.

I guess you just decided that nose looks better on me. It kind of reminds me of those girls who want plastic surgery but are terrified they'll "lose themselves" or "lose their identity"... honestly, what a joke.
Personally, I was kind of hoping that would happen to me—since I've always wanted to be someone else entirely.

right
it reminds me of those girls who want surgery but are terrified they’ll "lose themselves"—you know, lose their identity or character or whatever... just nonsense...

Nah, I agree—it's total nonsense. It's like when people say the same thing about Jadranka Djokic; that she'd lose her personality or uniqueness or blah blah blah... Since when does a nose define who you are?😕 Like, if she fixes it, suddenly she's some plastic person without a soul? No. We just have different tastes in noses, that's all. I think there's a general rule that smaller noses look better on women by default, but I don't want one that's TOO tiny or upturned because I know it wouldn't suit me. 🤷

@Khally, it’s tough to tell just from a profile shot how that nose actually sits on your face—or if the old one was better than the new one, honestly. You really need to see the whole face to judge 😉. But yeah, the new nose definitely looks better and more symmetrical.

Well, obviously... though—I have to admit—there was a moment where I caught myself in the mirror and didn't even recognize the person looking back. I felt like I'd lost my identity, or maybe just became a bit featureless. My old nose had this certain sharpness, a bit of edge... now everything feels kind of "soft."
Anyway, I know I'll look better once everything settles and I finally put some makeup on.

You’d probably be an ideal patient... you aren't too demanding. Personally, I think I’m a nightmare to work with because my expectations are usually unrealistic and I'm such a perfectionist.
I guess you'll just be happy enough knowing you aren't asking for anything too much or too flashy... meanwhile, I have this thing for small, subtle noses, which isn't really realistic for me.

I'm not being demanding!?... 😳 Actually, it's quite the opposite—I’m incredibly demanding and easily the biggest perfectionist I know. Getting that cute little button nose isn't exactly rocket science since everyone seems to want it anyway, but I have a very specific look in mind... if I don't show at least one photo, there's no way they'll know what I'm actually aiming for...

You’re going to be perfectly happy just making sure you don't settle for anything too small—or too much of a mess...

I don't want that. I’m looking for a small nose—but nothing too tiny, because my face isn't exactly small... 🤣 I hope you get what I'm trying to say... 😁

I feel like there’s this unwritten rule that women are just "supposed" to have tiny noses—but honestly? I don't want something way too small or upturned. That definitely wouldn't work for me. 🤷

I’m not a huge fan of those prominent noses with visible nostrils either—honestly, they only really work on girls with tiny faces. My face is way too long and narrow for that look... I don't think it would suit me at all.

I actually dig her nose—it’s long enough to really suit that oval face of hers, but still thin and perfectly shaped.

Well, you'll probably just be happy if things aren't too small or awkward...but personally, I'm obsessed with tiny, dainty noses—which is basically impossible for me.

John Newman2, you definitely picked the best doctor for yourself😁.

Megan Moore76 said:That kind of nose works for girls with smaller faces—mine is super long and narrow, so I doubt it would look any good on me either.

Yeah, tell me about it. Just imagine putting a tiny, narrow little button nose on a face like that—where you can't even see the bridge, just two nostrils... 😬

I actually like her nose. It’s long enough to balance out her elongated face, but it's still shaped nicely and thin.

I'm not a fan. 😢 To me, she looks a bit too plastic. http://www.exposay.com/celebrity-pho...rty-Vu5qmt.jpg

Ever heard of Hedy Lamarr? Personally, I think she was one of the most stunning women to ever exist—her nose was considered the gold standard. I even saw it cited in an article about rhinoplasty as the perfect example. 😁 I don't want anything like that for myself, obviously, but it looks gorgeous on her...

YES! I was actually impressed by Dr. Ostojic right from the start. I guess I just felt that immediate "click" and knew I was in the right place. His website helped too; seeing his work made me feel pretty confident about the choice. I'm just hoping my nose ends up looking as small as the others he's done... I'd be thrilled if that happens.😍🎉

Could you send me some pics via DM? Also, quick question—did they do the surgery under general anesthesia or just local with sedation?
