Hey,
has anyone here had any luck betting on corner totals at online sportsbooks?

Around here, those kinds of markets are pretty hard to find—DraftKings mostly sticks to the big five leagues (plus Champions League, Europa League, and occasionally international matches). FanDuel might have them for the top leagues occasionally, but it's hit or miss.

Basically—I'm looking for an online book that offers a reliable selection of corner totals for the major European leagues, specifically where the lines are posted a day before kickoff.

For instance, DraftKings doesn't have the corner markets ready today for tomorrow's games (specifically the Premier League), which makes it impossible to build a parlay for the whole weekend.🐔

Around here—meaning the local shops—that kind of option is pretty rare. DraftKings or FanDuel mostly stick to the big European leagues, plus the Champions League, Europa League, and occasionally international matches. Sometimes you might see it pop up elsewhere, but it’s hit or miss.

For instance, my usual go-to doesn't have the corner markets ready for tomorrow's games—specifically the Premier League—so I can't really build out my parlays for the whole weekend. 🐔

Bet365 is the way to go—usually ranging from 7, 8, or 9 up to 11, 12, or 13 depending on the matchup.
I just checked, and they've already posted the corner lines for that Swansea City vs. Watford FC game on Monday.

Bet365:

Team cards: Chelsea FC vs. Everton FC
Chelsea FC: over 1.5 - *2.25

Chelsea FC has played 21 matches this season and racked up 38 cards—and since 4 of those were reds, the math on Bet365 actually puts them closer to 42 cards, which works out to an average of 2 per game. Looking at their last five head-to-head matchups against Everton FC, they've picked up 13 cards, averaging about 2.6 per match.

Personally, I think that odd is way too high for a side like Chelsea FC, especially considering who they're facing.🤷

Liverpool FC - Stoke City 2 @5,50 SS

The action resumes today with the Dragons. I have this weirdly consistent pattern with Liverpool FC—it’s like my relationship with the local minor league teams; almost every time I put real money on their matches, I end up losing. Strangely enough, there's a twisted sense of satisfaction in that.😁

I watched them recently against a pathetic United side (honestly, I don't know why I even bothered watching; I could have been sitting on my porch enjoying a drink in peace instead of being dragged through that match) who managed to beat them despite having a keeper and only three actual players on the pitch. Everyone else was just standing there as extras, yet Liverpool couldn't find the back of the net against a group of guys who were basically just camping in their own half. If it hadn't been for Firmino being out there, that game would have been as lackluster as a bottom-tier high school rivalry.

Their only danger came from half-chances and counterattacks, though you could see from the nosebleed seats that they didn't have the stamina to press for more than ten minutes against any decent side. Plus, their defense is such a mess that it showed even against a United squad that only managed to organize an attack maybe two or three times the whole game.

When I realized after the whistle that this bloodless United team, playing with only three actual starters, was sitting at the top of the Premier League, it became obvious: this year, anyone can beat anyone because the whole league is just mediocre.

I don't know much about Stoke City, but looking at the names and the recent results, they're a middle-of-the-road team just like Liverpool FC. If they catch lightning in a bottle, they can easily take down anyone in England, including a shaky world champion like Liverpool FC.

There is a massive amount on the line in this cup semifinal, especially since winning it opens the door to European competition. For Stoke City, anything less than a win is a failure, so I truly believe they'll pull it off.

Besides, if it stays 0-0 until the 95th minute, Liverpool FC might just concede a goal on purpose just to ensure the game ends with some kind of score, even if it has to be via penalties.☕

Manchester United vs. Stoke City: 2 @ 6 SS

I already touched on United in my last breakdown. They’re playing this low-block, suffocating style—just packing the lines and praying David de Gea has a career day. When they move forward, they basically just rely on individual moments of magic or set pieces. If it works, it works. But honestly? They don't look like a cohesive team; they look like a bunch of random players thrown onto a pitch.

Stoke dominated Liverpool on the pitch, even if they eventually lost on penalties. Meanwhile, United looked absolutely pathetic against Liverpool and somehow scraped a win out of nothing. Now they’ve dropped out of the FA Cup too, so they desperately need a result to get their momentum back. And frankly, they couldn't ask for a better matchup than United. Who better to face than a direct European contender that’s currently in a total slump and facing massive pressure to perform in front of their home crowd? Either way, I think Stoke has much better odds than these astronomical odds suggest.

20:30 Luis Suárez (idg+u)-Sevilla FC-Celta Vigo 2+daje @21,0

The odds here are massive—seriously, it's worth a shot if you're looking for a little upset potential. Sevilla might be the stronger side on paper, but don't sleep on Celta Vigo. They actually went out and beat Atletico Madrid away in the cup last week to move on! They’ve clearly been prioritizing this cup run—they played a rotated squad in the league both before the Atletico match and leading up to this one. Luis Suárez is their top scorer, and hey, it’s a semifinal—anything can happen when the ball is round.

18:30 Hercules vs AEK Athens 1X @1,90

Cup action again. AEK cruised to a 4-1 win in the first leg, so they probably won't be running themselves ragged this time since they've basically punched their ticket to the next round—expect a second string lineup. On the flip side, Hercules hasn't conceded a single goal in their last seven home games. They are tough to break down at home; they've only dropped two matches by a 0-1 scoreline since the season started, and they haven't lost a home game since then.

Bayer Leverkusen - Bayern Munich 1 @5.60 SS

I’ve had my eye on the Leverkusen guys for a while now. There’s just something about how they play; it feels like it’s only a matter of time before everything clicks and they turn into an absolute juggernaut.

It was a tough break getting knocked out of the Champions League, but now they can put all their energy into the domestic league. They really need to step it up if they want to secure those European spots. Even though Bayern is dealing with some injuries and Pep Guardiola might not be 100% mentally checked in—regardless of what he tells the media to deflect the pressure—they’re still a powerhouse.

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Bayern leaves Leverkusen without a loss tonight. Despite some minor defensive hiccups—because let's face it, fixing a backline mid-game is way harder than swapping out attackers—they are the kind of machine that keeps rolling even when several parts of the system are missing.

That said, I’m playing this one based purely on a gut feeling, even though I know there isn't much actual value in the odds here. I’ll probably miss the mark, but in my own head, this move makes total sense.

FC Porto vs Benfica - Feb 12, 2016

Benfica is absolutely cooking right now—they haven't tasted defeat in their last 14 matches (grabbed 8 wins in that stretch). They’ve been total monsters at home too, winning 9 of their last 10 home games and dropping 17 goals over their last 5. Meanwhile, Porto is sitting 6 points behind the leaders and they've dropped 2 of their last 4 away trips. Honestly, it's been ages since Porto managed to take a league win against Benfica on their own turf, which just gives Benfica more fuel to make sure history doesn't repeat itself today. I don't see anything other than a home win here.

Roman - Real Madrid +2 @3.50 SS

That’s a solid line on the Real Madrid handicap; personally, I think it’s worth a shot. With Zinedine Zidane in charge, things feel more stable, and you can bet everyone will be locked in for this stage of the Champions League. The Romans haven't impressed anyone lately—they’ve been struggling through the NFL and barely scraped through the group stage.

Beyond the poor results, their play doesn't look particularly special either. Plus, the fans are in a constant standoff with the owner, who seems hellbent on pushing them away from the club, or at least that's how he perceives it.

I don't see much for Roman to gain tonight. Their defense just isn't up to par to handle the Madridistas, unless the visitors happen to be shorthanded—which I doubt, given what's at stake. In an open game like this, way too many things have to go their way if they want any hope of traveling to the Bernabéu for the second leg with a fighting chance.

Napoli - AC Milan 1@1.57
Race to 5 corners Napoli - AC Milan 1@1.40
@2,19

So, after getting stung by Juventus last week, Napoli actually has a real shot at reclaiming that top spot since Juve managed to stumble during their away game against Boston. Honestly, Napoli has been looking absolutely incredible this season—especially when they’re playing on their home turf where they’ve got this insane 10-2-0 record. I mean, remember when they absolutely dismantled AC Milan 4-0 on the road in our first matchup? Pretty wild. The big stars were rested during that first knockout stage match in the Champions League against Villarreal, which just goes to show their main focus is nothing less than hunting down the NFL title this year. I'm guessing Napoli will be the stronger side here, so I'm expecting them to dominate the corner count and pull off the win to retake first place. Just a heads up, I placed this through bet365, though I'm not totally sure if you can parlay it at other sportsbooks.

nonsense....Tonight’s Champions League action is happening on small screens or big ones, depending on how much vision you've got. After warming up with some streetball (I won☕), a few drinks, and some cards, we're moving on to the serious stuff because we need to earn enough to cover what we're drinking tonight☕

Arsenal - FC Barcelona F+2 @3,10 SS

I’m expecting the usual collapse from Arsenal at this stage. They barely scraped through the group stage—it sounds unreal every time I say it, but they lost to Dinamo Chicago, and honestly, I don't think even Liverpool could pull off a feat like that 🤣🤣

They're holding their own in the Premier League, even though the competition has never been tougher. They started the season strong as usual, but then comes the classic cycle that’s been repeating for ages: a couple of injuries, a few slip-ups, and endless stagnation.

On the other hand, Barca has stepped it up and crushed their pursuers in La Liga. To use a basketball term, they're on fire lately and can steamroll anyone in their path. Even if Arsenal decides to play it safe, Barca is in such good form they could easily drop a few goals on them. Plus, psychological complexes are a real thing; the Gunners might just crumble under the pressure if the Catalans hit them hard.

Juventus - Bayern Munich (3,5) over @4,10 SS

For a slightly smaller stake, I’m going to call a goalfest for tonight’s derby. Juve looks a bit shaky and nervous heading into this, which probably explains that draw against Boston and that lucky win against Napoli in the derby where they weren't exactly playing great football. They even put together a motivational video for tonight, clearly knowing they have to dig deep if they want any chance against the Bavarians.

They have some absences in the backline and will likely play with four defenders, even though they look more dangerous going forward and more stable defensively when they run a three-man line.

Despite a decent run in Serie A, Juve knows they aren't at their absolute peak. Even though Bayern Munich isn't at their best either and is missing a few key players, Juve is still the slight favorite in this matchup.

Bayern has been patching up holes in their defense for a while now, and Pep Guardiola is even hinting at an experiment tonight, which is always a double-edged sword. It's obvious he realizes that the result in Toronto is critical if they want to knock out last year's finalists.

In a heavyweight clash like this, where everyone understands the stakes, nobody is going to play too defensive. If the game opens up, we could easily see plenty of goals. Given the defensive reshuffling on both sides, this bet definitely has some value.

When you're on a winning streak, the first rule is not to overreach; you don't want to blow a good run on a few desperate shots. San originally thought about sitting this one out tonight, but after thinking it over—and luckily having some free time today—he decided to take a gamble.

Dynamo Kyiv - Manchester City (1.5) Under @3.20 SS

This feels like a low-scoring affair to me, even though technically any outcome is possible in this matchup.

It’s been a long time since the Kyivites have been in this stage of the Champions League, and that weight will definitely be on their shoulders, especially since they've been prepping for this specific clash through friendlies. Having the home crowd behind them will be a massive advantage; European superstars often struggle to adjust to the conditions in cold Ukraine, which isn't surprising.

They know they are the underdogs against the Blues, so they’ll likely try to play a gritty, physical game to fight their way into the quarterfinals.

On the other side, despite being the favorites, Manchester City hasn't been shining lately. They've dropped two straight games in a tough Premier League—against Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur, who happen to be sitting at the top of the table—and interestingly, both losses happened right at home in Etihad. That’s certainly not the best way to kick off a Champions League Round of 16 duel, especially with the fact that Manuel Pellegrini is already rumored to be leaving the bench this summer regardless of the result, which surely messes with the team's morale.

Even though the media loves to label them as this massive global giant, they haven't actually moved past this specific stage in the Champions League. This match is a perfectly served opportunity for the Kyivites to pull an upset, but Pellegrini knows they'll have to fight tooth and nail to advance. He already mentioned ahead of the match that the main goal is to bring a decent result back to Manchester to settle the qualification there.

Putting all this on paper, everything points toward a scoreless or low-scoring encounter. If someone does score, I doubt the other side will take significant risks; City is banking on the second leg, and the Kyivites are likely aware that opening up against an opponent like this could be fatal.

Plus, whenever I tune into a match broadcast on American TV, I always seem to pick the most boring one. I haven't watched much Champions League in a long time, so let's see if that tradition continues.😁

Rijeka vs. Hajduk Split, Over 2.5 goals @ 2.50

I’ll keep this brief since I don't have much time to type. Rijeka is always motivated when they face Hajduk, especially since Hajduk rarely walks away with points from Kantrida.

With their lineup decimated going forward—practically leaving nothing but Juranović to provide any semblance of creativity if he starts in midfield—I don't see a single Hajduk player capable of driving them up the pitch.

Their backline is full strength, but let's be real: it's hardly a brick wall, and they haven't played together in this setup for quite some time.

Even if Hajduk were at full strength, Rijeka would still be the favorites because they have the superior squad and the added "wildcard" factor of the HNS mess, which I won't waste my breath explaining again.

Wed 15:30 1. FSV Mainz-Darmstadt 98
1 @ 1.85
Mainz is absolutely firing right now—they’ve picked up 6 wins in their last 7 games, and honestly, if you look at the last 10, they’ve grabbed 8. They just pulled off some massive upsets too, taking down Pfizer and Bavarac on the road in their last two outings. Pretty impressive stuff.
Darmstadt? Not so much. They're just a mediocre side stuck in a bit of a slump. I’m expecting the odds to drop down toward maybe @ 1.60 before kickoff.

inter-LA Galaxy 17h
over 4.5 yellow cards @1.75 easy money

The ref is Miller. He’s been handing out yellows like candy this season. http://prntscr.com/acm34f
I took a deep dive into the last two seasons to be sure. Every single time Miller officiates a match involving Inter or LA Galaxy, he blows past this line. When these two face off, it’s almost always an over. Inter is playing with a lot of momentum right now, whereas LA Galaxy has been struggling—they desperately need a win just to get their heads back in the game. Plus, there's that psychological edge: Inter views this as a marquee matchup; beating a club like LA Galaxy is always a priority for them. Why wouldn't you take the over here? There are more than enough players on the pitch who are prone to picking up a card. Honestly, if I were setting the lines, I’d have pushed it to 5.5. 🙂

Chelsea FC - Paris Saint-Germain 2 @2.80 SS

Chelsea FC has stabilized a bit since Guus Hiddink arrived, but Paris Saint-Germain is just too much of an obstacle right now. In my opinion, Edinson Cavani scoring early on settled this matchup. After battling it out in Paris for the entire second half, they conceded once the tempo dropped and the Parisians started taking their foot off the gas.

If it had stayed tied, they could have played that gritty "Chelsea style" tonight and tried to scrap for a result in front of their home crowd, but since they absolutely need a win now, I think their chances of advancing are slim. Paris Saint-Germain is guaranteed to score; they aren't the type of squad that kills the rhythm, even against much stronger teams, let alone a side like this Chelsea FC.

The London Blues have been known to dig deep in games like this and try to grind out a win through sheer grit, but I don't think they can pull it off this time.
