Michael Martin4 said:🤣 Oh man

So, some random guy totally pulls up next to me in front of a Starbucks the other day, just to congratulate me. Apparently, he’s thrilled to see our numbers growing or whatever 😍
Then, he spends the next ten minutes begging me not to be mad at him for even bringing it up 😂 Mickey

A mail carrier actually pulled me aside while I was checking my mailbox just to tell me he hadn't seen such a beautiful pregnant woman in a long time, complimenting my bump before he even tried to get touchy-feely. 😲 🤦
I was in total shock for the rest of the day.🤦

Mozda might have a thing for pregnant women 🤣
Or maybe he just has a thing for you and saw an opportunity 😁
But seriously, if that were me, I would have completely frozen up—personal space is basically the bare minimum of decency...

I wouldn't let anyone—family or friends—touch my stomach. I’d just step back and watch them, even if it meant looking like the bad guy or being rude. Seriously, wtf? As if someone would be stroking my belly if I weren't pregnant. Gross.

I absolutely loathe it too... even when my mother-in-law or my own mom brings it up. It’s only when my husband mentions it that I actually lose my cool. Honestly—luckily enough—neither my mom nor my mother-in-law are particularly pushy about this; they've only ever nudged him a handful of times, and never without asking first.

Look, if I were dealing with someone my own age, I might try to wrap my head around it... but this is a first for me. 😲
Regardless, I can't stand people touching my stomach... luckily, it rarely happens... except with my husband, obviously. 😍

It honestly gets on my nerves when people see me and act completely shocked just because I mentioned I’m due in two months. They give me this look of pure disbelief, as if they haven't realized why my stomach is so big by now. It's like, hello, use your eyes.

I’m officially joining the club of people who hate being touched on the stomach. 🙂 My midsection seems to act like a magnet for everyone, whether I know them or not.

It really bugs me when everyone sees me and then, after I tell them I'm only two months away from giving birth, they give me this totally stunned look... As if! Like, yeah, obviously my bump is small...🙂 which it definitely isn't.

I wish I had that bump to hold onto, but at 20 weeks, nothing much to show for it yet. Hopefully, it shows up soon. I’ve always wanted a big belly, but halfway through this pregnancy, I just feel like I’ve been eating too much.

And then there are those endlessly charming people who think calling a pregnant woman FAT is peak comedy. 🙂

I'm signing on... just me and my 25+5 situation right now. Honestly, only three people have even realized I'm pregnant yet. 🙂 That's all for now.

I wouldn't mind if people just called me fat. 🙂

My mother-in-law: "Where on earth are you fat?" And then comes the endless stream of comments about how much I've expanded and all that... ☕

The thing is, I know she doesn't mean anything by it, but I am honestly losing my mind with everyone commenting on my weight—especially since I've never really had anything to spare to begin with, and now it feels like I'm getting hit from every single angle because I've "rounded out" so much! 🙂
But I am pregnant... I should probably just focus on staying healthy and watching my silhouette...

I know this feeling all too well. I've always been quite thin, and since I have a large 🙂 that actually looks pretty good on me, those neighborhood busybodies were just waiting for me to get pregnant so they could attack me for "expanding." But honestly—despite gaining 45 pounds—there isn't even much to comment on; my arms, legs, and face look exactly the same as before, and you can't even tell from my back that I'm pregnant (my hips and backside haven't changed one bit). 🙂 In your face! ☕

Honestly, everything just gets under my skin lately ☕

It’s always something—from those people making comments about whether you've put on weight, to the ones saying, "Well, we'll see how things go," or "Just see how you feel later." 🙄

And don't even get me started on the unsolicited questions from people who don't know the first thing about my life.

Yesterday, I was at the deli counter at Whole Foods, and the clerk is there slicing up some cheese and ham, and she just starts prying:
She goes, "So, how much longer?"
I tell her, "Two months."
She’s like, "Oh wow, still a long way to go!" 🙄
So, I just stay quiet.
Then she asks, "Is it a girl or a boy?"
"A boy," I say.
"And what are you going to name him?"
"I have no idea." (Look, I don't owe you my entire life story.)
And then she actually says, "Ooh, choosing a name is so hard; I hear plenty of couples end up fighting over it!"

I just grabbed my cheese and said, "Thanks, bye." 🙄

Haha, oh man, you just reminded me of something:
I definitely wasn't someone who had much to brag about regarding my 🙂 before I got pregnant. But now, they are actually 😲 (well, by my standards, if you know what I mean 😁)... and it seems like they haven't stopped growing because they're feeling sensitive again 😁

Once they grew, I started getting comments from this one friend of mine asking if I finally had some curves (?!) I mean, okay? Honestly, I never really had any insecurities about it... if I don't care, then I don't really get why anyone else would have an issue 🤷

I honestly find it amusing when people get upset about being teased. My partner constantly calls me "piggy" and jokes about how my legs are starting to swell, telling me I'll be even bigger in two months right before I give birth 😁. Or, I’ll look in the mirror and feel proud of how much weight I've gained, only for him to laugh at me—as if he isn't looking at the same thing 🤣. Even out in town, like with the ladies at the local grocery store, they're always asking when the baby is due or what I'm wearing. I find all of this quite sweet; I don't take any of it seriously, and I certainly don't think anyone means any harm 🤷..

Girls were always jealous of me because I had that perfect, firm D-cup frame at 5'6" and maybe 115 lbs. 😛 No matter how much weight I lost, they stayed exactly the same. Now, they've grown significantly—obviously, things won't go back to exactly how they were—but that’s just life. 🤷 It's honestly hilarious seeing some people acting all excited about it. 😁 If they get truly nasty, I just tell them not to bother—because I'm planning on getting some reconstructive work done after I'm done nursing anyway. 😈

My skin crawls whenever someone has the nerve to call me fat. It’s honestly infuriating. 😱

Then there's my mother-in-law, making comments about how I've put on weight, claiming it's just my stomach. I simply remind her that I was fit and attractive before her son ruined me. ☕

Sometimes I point out that I'm only 26 and have plenty of time to lose the weight. She can't handle that because she's obsessed with the fact that she's getting old. 😁

It's pathetic. 🙂

Even my own mother tells me I need to watch my weight, but she says it out of genuine concern that I'll overdo it during pregnancy. It isn't coming from malice, unlike that woman. 😠

I’ve put on a massive amount of weight during this pregnancy—maybe 20 pounds, maybe more since I refuse to touch a scale 😬—but everyone keeps insisting I look lovely. Honestly, I felt fine until I crossed that 15-pound mark and started dealing with all this swelling; now, looking in the mirror is a struggle. 🙄 Yet, I ran into a woman today whom I haven't seen since my first trimester, and she told me straight up that I look beautiful—basically just the same person, just with a bump. 🥳 Even though I know that's a total stretch, I can't exactly call her out for being too kind. 😁
