Facts. I only really started catching up on movies again after theaters reopened. It’s just different. Being there feels like being in a sanctuary where you're 100% locked in. Honestly, you still see phone screens glowing because people can't even put those things away in a dark theater. A few years ago, that would've driven me crazy, but lately, I've just accepted it as part of the deal. Phones are basically an extra limb for everyone now.🍿

I was seriously waiting for them to perform the whole Volcano movie soundtrack, and I never even got it!? 🤣

Don't take this personally, but you all know I’ve warned you multiple times about attacking the moderation team. You can't just blame everything on some external scapegoat whenever things go south in the chat; it would be nice if people took some accountability for their own behavior and considered whether their intolerance is actually worth having the whole channel shut down.

To be fair, both of them have pointed out that the solution should have been straightforward: just penalize the specific individuals responsible. It’s relatively obvious who those people are given how problematic their posts were, and the consensus seems to be that the chat should have remained open instead of being shut down entirely.

But as Joshua Rogers11 says, we move on; things happen, and hopefully, next time—if there even is a next time—we can handle it a bit more intelligently. 🐔

The difference is just my take that latica shouldn't have jumped into the chat yesterday with Yod to start talking about marriage and attacking Louise. And I feel like she's right to complain that the chat has been down for 12 hours now. I really hope Louise gets this sorted out fast. 🍿
