Asthma is a chronic thing. If you find the right treatment, you can live pretty much symptom-free, but if you don't, things can get serious fast.

My routine is Spiriva Respimat twice a day. Sometimes I mess up and only take it once, but I also decide for myself if I need an extra dose occasionally.
I use Spiriva Respimat once daily too. It keeps everything totally under control and I don't have any issues.
I developed asthma as an adult, which is always a bit more complicated to manage.

Kim's oil might help as a supplement alongside your meds, but relying on it alone is a bad move.

Yeah, I actually had it recently. Honestly, I got lucky considering the damage it does to your lungs. This one supplement has been my lifesaver—it feels like it gives you a second set of lungs. Regarding your living situation—getting rid of curtains, carpets, or rugs might help. Anything that traps dust is a nightmare for people with asthma. You might even need a new mattress.
How exactly does it irritate your lungs?
Are you coughing more, struggling to breathe, or hearing that wheezing sound? Or is an allergy spray enough to settle it down?
