The skin is shot. There's no fixing it. I’ve tried everything under the sun—lasers, high-end creams, you name it. Nothing works.

Why am I seeing zero results? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Sandra Clark29 said:Hey everyone.
I joined a gym six weeks ago because I’m sitting at 170 lbs at 5'6". My routine is 50 minutes on the stepper, bike, or treadmill, plus about 20 minutes on machines doing high reps with light weights—exactly what my trainer suggested. Diet-wise, I’m aiming for 1500 calories a day. If a craving hits, I indulge, but I’m not face-planting into a bag of chips or a whole chocolate bar; maybe one square of chocolate once a week, that's it. So, where's the catch? I honestly don't get why there are ZERO visible results!! The scale hasn't budged an inch, my clothes aren't fitting any differently, and I haven't lost a single centimeter! I know six weeks isn't forever, but you should see at least some progress by now. I planned to stick with this three times a week through next summer, but now I'm dragging myself there feeling like it's all for nothing. I really don't eat much. Sometimes I feel like crying seeing my coworkers inhaling pizza for lunch while I'm over here stretching out a single 50-gram slice of whole wheat bread, a banana, and an apple over an eight-hour shift. And guess what? All those gluttons are thinner than me. I don't overeat at home either; if anything, I can barely eat enough to feel full. I have the willpower and I want to get in shape, but... sometimes I just hit a wall of pure despair. I'd love to hear your stories. Was it this frustrating for everyone starting out? Does anyone have advice? Thanks.

I've been in the exact same boat.

Look, it's fine. No need to get all worked up about it. 🙂

Is this whey 🤷 actually worth anything??? 🤷

ARE YOU EVEN TRAINING?? What's the point if you aren't hitting the gym? Protein won't do squat without work. Growth and supplements aren't linked like that... 😛

I mix my whey with water and honestly, it tastes like nothing. It’s pretty bland... what happens if I just toss in an extra scoop? 😁😁

Look, let me give you some straight talk from the guys... they're the ones who actually get results.

And you aren't going to get anywhere if you aren't a little bit of a rebel.😂😂

. They laid out this whole meal plan... specific times, exact foods, the works. For instance, breakfast at 7 AM is yogurt(0.9) and oatmeal. I just stick to the yogurt. Then at 9 AM, fruit—like an apple (I skip that too). Lunch at 1 PM is chicken or turkey with salad. I just eat the meat and leave the salad. Around 3 PM, tuna or lean protein. I actually eat that. Dinner is at 7 PM, fish prepared without oil, but I usually swap dinner for a protein shake instead.
They strictly forbade me from skipping meals, yet I end up skipping most of them. Plus, I’m basically cutting out all carbs. What’s your take on this? 😕
I'm carrying about 15 extra pounds. I packed on the weight with fast food. This plan feels like a lot of food, even though I don't normally eat much and tend to skip meals myself. 🙂
The first thing you need to do is figure out why you're losing hair in the first place. If you don't know what's causing the baldness, you have zero clue how to actually fix it.
🤷 Once you get those answers... let me know. Then I can tell you exactly what to do.👍
