I used to hit the public pool every single day, putting in an hour and a half of nonstop laps—real man's work. Honestly, I could have gone even longer, but I just couldn't find anything worth thinking about while I was grinding through the water.😁
It’s been a long time since I’ve been back, but at this rate, I think I’d be gasping for air just from the cigarettes.😁
So, I headed into my check-up with the psychiatrist today, and he goes, "How are you feeling?" Honestly, I told him straight up that I’ve been feeling fantastic ever since I started taking omega 3. And his response? OH, SO DO I! 😁
I’ve spent the entire day just laughing to myself at how ridiculous that was. 😁
Kenneth Hernandez67, you, Junior, and Strikan Happy Christmas and happy new year🙂

Anyway, if you happen to track down a decent filter that actually does its job, let me know.👍
Look, I ended up using a PSU filter and it works like a charm. I even tested it by holding a scrap of paper in front of it—the airflow pulls it right in, so you know the intake is strong. I also flipped the side fan so it’s pulling air inward. I positioned the filter on that side fan, tucked right between the chassis and the front panel, which means the front intake fans aren't sucking any dust inside either.😁
I’m trying to figure out if my sensors are actually giving me the truth here. At idle, my CPU temperature is sitting under 25 degrees Celsius with the fans spinning at 1950 RPM. I actually popped the case open to do a physical check—feeling the components directly—and the CPU heatsink feels cooler than lukewarm water, while the Northbridge heatsink is just barely warm. As for the hard drives, the tops are ice cold, but the undersides feel lukewarm to the touch. My setup currently runs six fans set to 7 volts; two are pulling air in to cool the HDDs, three are exhausting the hot air out the back, and I’ve got one side fan flipped to exhaust so dust won't get sucked in until I can grab some filters. 🙄
It works perfectly fine for me to have AT&T as my outgoing server since that’s what I use to get online, yet I can still send emails through my Gmail account without any issues. Honestly, I couldn't even get it to work before when I tried using Comcast as the outgoing server while being connected via AT&T. 😁
Kenneth Hernandez67, I just got back from Savannah, and my father-in-law actually handed me this book called Omega RX while we were in the zone, so I gave it a read. It touches on schizophrenia and makes the point that almost all patients share one thing in common: an incredibly low level of omega 3 fatty acids compared to healthy people. It suggests that taking fish oil is essential. Well, I've been taking fish oil from Natural Wealth for a week now, and honestly? I feel amazing. My head feels so much clearer than before, and instead of waking up feeling depressed like I used to, I actually feel great! 😉
Tell Strikan Happy Christmas and give him my best 🙂

Honestly, it feels like my machine is just an outlier. For me, SP2 isn't causing any issues whatsoever.😁

Look, Hynix is fantastic. I'm running them myself right now, and they're stable at 240 MHz—honestly, they could probably push even higher, but my processor just can't keep up! 😉
