I’ve been with Citibank for a while now, and honestly, I’m reaching my breaking point with them. Just the other day, I needed to look up some specific info on a transaction, so I logged into their online banking, and when it 😕 wouldn't show me anything except the date, the amount, and some vague payment description. Up until recently, you could actually download a detailed PDF of the transaction details, print it out, and use it as actual proof of payment. Now? Nothing. And yet, they still have the nerve to charge me $2.75 monthly fees for online banking access...
So, looking at all these "account maintenance" fees, the costs for online banking, and those annoying transaction commissions... which bank is actually the best? Basically, who is going to fleece me the least?
I am not entirely certain what the other banks are charging, but maintaining an account at Citibank costs about $1, which isn't particularly egregious if you consider, for instance, Wells Fargo where maintenance is $4.75. Every bill paid through the web costs $2, while doing it at a teller window runs you $6. It is unlikely you will find lower rates elsewhere. If you don't want physical statements mailed to your house, there is an option to have them sent via email for free. Therefore, it really isn't quite as catastrophic as it seems 😳

Speaking from direct experience 😁 , if you're on a blacklist, forget about getting any kind of overdraft or credit line. At Deutsche Bank, nothing happens automatically; they perform a full rating assessment for every single request, which involves checking your credit history and running everything through HROK.
We’ve been into the second semester for a little while now, and the grades have finally started rolling in—much to my profound disappointment 😁. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the grading standards seem incredibly harsh; I certainly don't recall things being this rigid back when I was in school. In my son's class, everyone seems to be stuck with mediocre Cs and Ds, and Bs are apparently a rarity. To make matters worse, I hear that last year's group only had three students receive any kind of academic honors at all. Honestly, it feels excessive. In my day, almost everyone in my class cruised through the first two grades with high marks, and let's be clear, we weren't exactly Nobel laureates or child prodigies. If someone had told me back then that my child would come home with a C in reading today, I wouldn't have believed them. A C in first grade? It just feels wrong 😲. Look, I’m not going to obsess over every single letter on a report card—he'll learn to read eventually—but I can't help but wonder if there's a better way to handle this. Since they aren't allowed to bring tests home, I have no idea which specific concepts he's struggling with, which makes it nearly impossible to sit down and review the material with him effectively.
Anyway, that's my experience. How are things looking in your school districts?

A negligible distinction, really; since late last year, the government has been guaranteeing amounts up to 400 $0.00.
