I truly believe everything starts within a person—wealth or poverty, success or failure. It all stems from your mindset, your attitude, and how you carry yourself. If you spend your entire life whining about your circumstances, how on earth do you expect to maintain a positive outlook or actually build the life you want?
There are ways to make it happen, there's always a way, and real estate is just one of many avenues.
