I’m sure someone out there has the answer; I need it for a bit of a system detox.

Where can I actually track this down in Chicago?
Thanks 🙂

How long does this ozone treatment actually last?
I’m honestly not entirely sure what we’re dealing with here. From what I’ve heard, it’s something you pick up after a course of antibiotics.
Which essentially means the body isn't flushing out toxins as efficiently as it should.
From what I can gather, though, it isn't anything life-threatening; most people are actually carrying it around. It mostly just tends to mess with your digestion and makes weight management a bit more of a struggle.
Thanks, 🙂
I think I’ll take a quick sprint over to that General Electric store to see what they have in stock.
And I’ll definitely be dropping by the health food store too—if not for this specific issue, then certainly for a few other things. 🙂
I'll check out the center's website.

I appreciate the well-intentioned advice, really, but come on—what kind of "exercise" is supposed to fix a -7 myopia plus astigmatism? We aren't talking about reading glasses here; even laser surgery barely touches a prescription like that. Let’s be real: just like any other muscle in the body, you might strengthen it through exercise, but if you stop training, it generally atrophies, doesn't it? So, by that logic, wouldn't the effect of those glasses be strictly temporary?
I'm totally out of luck at the Chinese shop. 😁
Look, I don't know if this can actually solve your specific issue. You could certainly give it a shot.
But let's say it actually works—would you rather commit to exercising for 30 minutes every single day for the rest of your life while wearing those glasses, or would you prefer to spend 12 hours a day in conventional glasses or contacts?
That muscle is going to atrophy if you don't keep at it.
Ideally, you'd only need to train a few times a week once your vision is fully corrected, not necessarily every single day.
Is there actually anyone out there who isn't aware of this? 🙂

Go ahead and head over to the products section and look under Veda Vision. There you'll find $67. It isn't exactly a steal compared to standard glasses, but then again, it’s not exactly cheap for what is essentially a piece of plastic either. If I were you, I wouldn't rush out to buy them immediately; take a moment to browse through some other shops—maybe check out some budget retailers or even some online wholesalers—you might find a better deal somewhere else.

They’re essentially training you to focus using those perforated glasses. It’s all about exercising the ocular muscles.
Let’s be clear: they are just basic plastic frames with holes punched through them—there isn't an actual lens involved.
And honestly, regardless of what your prescription actually is, you’ll see perfectly fine while wearing them. They’re universal.
The idea is to wear them for about 30 minutes to an hour a day, going about your usual business, and stick to that routine for a few months.
The catch is that during that specific window, you aren't supposed to wear your regular glasses. Which, I suppose, could be a bit of a nuisance.

Look, I’m fully aware they aren't designed to actually correct vision. But if they aren't doing that, why on earth would she bother wearing them? Just to live like that forever? It makes way more sense for her to put in a few months of training and just fix her vision once and for all.

Go ahead and pick up some rippled lenses and actually put them through their paces. You really ought to stop relying on those standard conventional glasses; they aren't going to do anything to improve your vision 👋
I'm not entirely sure if I'm using the right terminology here, but let's just say I'm looking for advice. Does anyone know where I can pick up some products to help clear out Candida and colon issues?
Hopefully, someone here knows exactly what I'm getting at. 😁
You should be able to find those kinds of supplements at any local health food store. Does anyone know of any good ones located in the NYC area?

Best treadmills for home use?

They won't even bother with a quote; they simply couldn't care less.
I actually dropped by the gym a few months back and noticed one of those rowing machines. It looked pretty interesting, though I’ve never actually given one a shot myself.
So, how are the prices looking these days?

nimblesurfer20 said:I mean, I'm pretty sure you could find something used and significantly cheaper... honestly, just try typing it into Google and you'll see how much they actually go for.😉
Personally, I was shopping for some gym gear recently and ended up dropping about 9,000 dollars on a single resistance band... yeah, you read that right.
Good grief, what are you even talking about with those prices?😁
I'll see if I can dig up anything else useful.
Since the treadmill is intended for elderly people, why not just get them an exercise bike instead? They're quieter (won't bother the neighbors), cheaper, take up less space, and there’s a lower risk of injury to their joints, right?
They already have an exercise bike. It’s just boring to them.😁
I suspect a treadmill would be far more engaging.

nimblesurfer20 said:It’s not just about the noise level; you really ought to consider getting one with a more cushioned base, if only to save your joints from the impact...
And as for the price tag... I believe they run anywhere from $500 to $1,000 depending on the model.
😂 Oh, come on, don't tell me they're actually that expensive.
Is there really nothing more budget-friendly out there?
I highly doubt anyone's actually going to start rowing on this thing, haha.

I was hoping someone could shed some light on a quick question for me.
I’m looking into picking up a treadmill, primarily for my parents since I don't think they get nearly enough movement in their daily routine, though I’d likely find uses for it myself from time to time. My main concern, however, is our living situation; we’re on the second floor of an apartment complex, and I can't help but wonder just how much that rhythmic thumping is going to echo through the floorboards. Are there specific models designed with some sort of "noise reduction" or dampened cushioning to keep things quiet?
Also, what kind of price range am I looking at here?

Good grief, these guys are just playing keep-away. Honestly, I’d hand out red cards to the entire lineup if it meant at least leaving the goalie 🙄

Gym - workout routine help?

Regarding how to properly reduce speed on a treadmill, whether you're inside a gym or out for a run.
You could always try asking the owner or some high-ranking trainer at the local Gold's Gym. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you a lengthy, condescending lecture on the subject.

Zachary Walker73 said:So, what’s your take? Why is northernfalcon9 hunting for "bee venom"? Is he planning some kind of criminal enterprise? 😁

Thanks, everyone. I've heard that this venom is actually quite versatile for various uses. In fact, a friend of mine even suggested it might be good to apply directly to the eyes. What do you all think—is that something you can actually put in your eyes?
