Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
So, I've been dealing with some hemorrhoid issues for a few years now.
I actually went in for two separate examinations—one where the doctor did a digital exam, and the second time they used that little tube device, which I assume was a rectoscopy?
Both times, he told me he didn't see anything unusual.
He did prescribe me a medicated cream from $50 that seemed to help a little bit, I guess.
However, my main struggle happens after I use the bathroom; about 80% of the time, I feel like I have to go back 4 or 5 more times immediately after.
Every single time, these tiny little pieces end up coming out, and it’s such a hassle to deal with them.
It almost feels as though they get stuck in little pockets or folds around the anal area.
Does anyone here happen to know what might be causing this?
Best movies about nuclear catastrophes? in Movies ·
Basta said:On the beach, old school meets modern

It's a pretty fascinating story about the crew of an American submarine that finds refuge in Australia, which happens to be the very last place where humans are still clinging to life. In the original version, we have the legendary Gregory Peck taking the lead, while the newer take features Armand Assante.

The Day After

This is the film that absolutely shook the USA when it first came out.

Miracle Mile

What on earth do you do when you're the only civilian who realizes a war has actually started? You run! But how? Well, the lead role is played by the famous Dr. Greene from ER, Anthony Edwards.

Threads

A really heavy depiction of the aftermath of war in Northern England; I'd say it's even more shocking than The Day After. Apparently, it was produced based on the guidance of hundreds of scientists and technical experts.

Dr. Strangelove

A satirical look at the endless standoff between Americans and Russians that they just can't seem to escape.

The Postman

The somewhat infamous post-apocalyptic epic starring Kevin Costner, following a small group of people trying to rebuild the USA.

I suppose Mad Max (1, 2, and 3) and Planet of the Apes kind of fit into this category too, though a nuclear war isn't necessarily the central theme there.

Even in The Postman, a nuclear war isn't really the main focus.

First, go ahead and open Notepad. Once you have that ready, please copy and paste the following snippet directly into the Notepad window:

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Save this file straight to your desktop using the name: Show Desktop.scf
After you've saved it, just left-click and drag that new file over to your Quick launch bar.

I suspect you might need to head into the Exploreru-atn-latni-odnica menu—specifically under View—and make sure to uncheck the option to sakriti known file extensions.

Haha, honestly, I think I once had one of those moments where I was so completely out of it that I actually felt like I grasped the ultimate meaning of life, the universe, and everything else.
But then, reality finally hit me.😎

To be perfectly clear, my usage is limited to marijuana, and I might indulge in a harder substance—like coke or something similar—maybe once every three or four months on special occasions.

And honestly, if I keep things at that level, I don't think I'll ever run into any issues,
and that's just the reality of it.

🙂

It wasn't directed at you, and I certainly didn't mean it seriously. If you felt insulted, I really am sorry.
As for smoking weed, I personally feel that's a matter of individual choice, whereas I definitely hold a much stronger stance against the harder stuff.

So, a life without a brain 😁

Basically, things stay just the way they've been.
Honestly, even with the Language Interface Pack and Service Pack 2 installed, things aren't exactly running smoothly.
It seems like Service Pack 2 just randomly decides which translations to load—it might pick up some, but then completely ignore others.

The only downside is that it gets pretty pricey for those kinds of activities, but hey, if keeping your partner from wandering off is your top priority, then I guess nothing is too expensive.😁
