How can you actually diagnose the flu just by looking at a blood test?
Once the fever breaks, how much longer should someone stay quarantined at home? I mean, are we allowed to get some fresh air, or should we be avoiding crowds entirely?...
So, apparently, if you can't get an appointment at the hospital within a 30-day window, you have the option to see a private specialist and then file a claim with Medicare to get reimbursed...
Has anyone actually gone through this process before? Medicare tends to be a bit tight-lipped when it comes to providing clear information on these kinds of things...
So, I’m dealing with some pretty nasty cracked skin on my feet, specifically right underneath the pinky toe and the one next to it. It feels... well, it's right at the base of the toe, almost as if the skin is splitting so deep that the toe might actually detach itself. What could be causing this, and what should I be doing about it?...

I'm not quite sure I follow... why on earth would he feel embarrassed?
I find myself wondering why, in your estimation, there seems to be such a growing fascination with alternative medical practices lately... What is it that draws people toward them, and if you've personally ventured down those paths, what were the motivations behind your own choices?
placidgardener19 said:Honestly, what I really need right now is a government-run gin distillery... one that would focus solely on churning out those medical referrals without making a massive production out of everything else. You know, none of this unnecessary diagnostic runaround or endless specialist consultations, just a straightforward system where they follow orders—hand over my paperwork and let everyone go about their business in peace... Somewhere around the downtown area or maybe over by the West Side... Does anyone happen to have any insight on this...
So, this is what I’m actually looking for? Recommendations...

I honestly can't recall because it was quite a while ago, and I didn't just go in for a single check-up either...
Just look up her number online and give her a call... 🙂

Thanks
While I notice quite a few people here seem to favor her, I personally find that doctor to be completely cold... she can be rather blunt, even a bit abrasive in her mannerisms...
Linda Hernandez15 said:I have to disagree regarding the Psychiatric Clinic; I was there years ago. She just walked in and within thirty seconds she was walking back out with a prescription for heavy-duty meds, and the doctor didn't even seem to grasp what the actual issue was... 😵
I suspect things have shifted quite a bit since then. Nowadays, they have plenty of professionals in Psychology on staff who actually guide the psychiatrists toward the idea that pills aren't always the only way to fix the problem...
If I were in your shoes, I’d suggest heading over to the Psychiatric Clinic at Mayo Clinic... they have both psychiatrists and psychologists on staff, and their team is truly top-tier.
I usually head over to see Dr. Sarah Jenkins at her private practice over on Maple Avenue... she’s just so incredibly gentle. She and her sister have this way of working where everything is perfectly synchronized, almost like they’re performing a choreographed dance...
On a different note, I actually ended up with some trauma from my gynecologist because my first experience was with Dr. Miller-Reed... 🙂 I went in for an initial consultation and then a minor procedure, but honestly, it was awful; I was so young and still a virgin, yet she treated me with such utter disdain... I absolutely cannot recommend her!

You should look into Dr. Egidio Čepulić over on Kačićeva Street... He really is quite exceptional! Granted, he runs a private practice and his fees aren't exactly cheap, but honestly, it’s worth every penny... He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and above all—just a genuinely wonderful human being...

My initial impression is that she’s truly phenomenal, so I think I might just move in with her... [/B]
Actually, she isn't a gynecologist; she's a specialist in school medicine. It's such a shame, because I have to agree that she is an absolutely wonderful woman...🙂
I recently visited Jane Doe’s private practice over in Beverly Hills—just the clinic, not the hospital—and I have to say, she is truly wonderful... her office is lovely too, and they even keep a bowl of candy in the waiting room to make you feel at home 😉.
