Bee venom 🙂

If you look at the quality regulations set by the United States Department of Agriculture, it’s explicitly stated right here:

5. Bee products include: bee swarms, queen bees, honey, wax, pollen, royal jelly, propolis, and bee venom.
How to perform a proper breast self-exam? in Women's Health ·
SELF-EXAMINATION, just like the name implies, means you’re checking your own breasts and abdomen... there's no need for a doctor's referral 😉

Reach out to the Disabled American Veterans chapter in your local area; they’ll give you the rundown on exactly what steps to take and how to handle it.

To begin with, what does the Law actually state?

It’s pretty common for people to be unhappy with the equipment they're issued, so they end up going out and buying their own instead.

Are we really going to keep seeing at least one new thread every single day about belly fat and fitness fanatics?

Best massage spots in town? in Health ·
Your question reminds me of those karate instructors you read about in 😁

You have an Open University in your city that offers a top-tier massage course, and the entry-level training costs less than $133.

I'm not dwelling on it, at least not in any way that concerns me personally 🙂

Since I'll be meeting my maker eventually anyway.
Night sweats: What's the deal? in Health ·
Betty Hill82 said:Well, you guys actually gave me a scare there.

I honestly assumed the sweating was just stress—you know, a byproduct of the mental state I’ve been stuck in for the last few months. 😕 Plus, my heart skips beats sometimes, maybe three or four times a day. It doesn't happen when I'm sweating, though. And I constantly have that "lump in my throat" sensation.

The stomach lining usually takes the biggest hit from stress... go get checked out!
Replacement Therapy 😉

My apologies, I wasn't aware you were sharing a personal experience.

I am truly sorry to hear that. I hope you're on some kind of supplemental therapy to help manage the symptoms.

It isn't premature menopause.

Modern medicine recognizes that perimenopause—the actual symptoms and hormonal shifts—can start as early as 15 years before menopause actually hits.

We just don't like to admit it.😉😁

Because if you factor in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause together, we’re looking at a massive stretch of life from age 35 until the grave where things aren't "normal."😈

First thing's first: get a complete blood count and check your thyroid levels.

That isn't saline solution at all; it’s just saltwater.

True saline is a precise 0.9% salt concentration.
Hepatitis A is commonly referred to as the "dirty hands disease"—and frankly, the name says it all.

As for Hepatitis B, the transmission process is exactly the same as HIV.

Which means there is zero risk from casual social contact. To get infected, the virus actually has to enter your bloodstream.

I can't say for certain regarding Hepatitis C, though; I haven't dealt with that one personally.

Yeah, she pretty much laid it all out for you 😁

The probe looks a bit phallic, especially once you slide a condom over it 🙄

The exam is actually LESS uncomfortable than your standard gynecological manual checkup. Don't sweat it.
