Burned out from weed in Health ·
Hey everyone.

Long before I ever stepped foot onto a college campus, I was already messing around with this stuff—starting back at the tail end of middle school, taking a little breather during high school, and then it became a constant thing from my junior year all the way through graduation. It wasn't like I was sitting around grinding all day or anything; it was more of a weekend thing, just hitting it hard with the crew.

After high school, I worked for about a year and kept things pretty clean during that stretch. But then college happened. From the very first day I showed up on campus until right now—and I'm finishing up my sophomore year—there hasn't been a single day where I haven't been high for most of the day. I ended up falling in with a crowd that smokes, and I just drifted right into it; honestly, it kind of swallowed me whole.

Lately, though, I’ve started getting a little anxious about my lifestyle and my daily rhythm, especially when it comes to the weed situation.
I can see changes in how I act, and I definitely notice myself acting... well, "dim." Just yesterday, I was talking to this girl I'd only just met, and I decided to be brutally honest with her. I asked, "Do you think I look stoned?" And she didn't hold back—she said yeah, I definitely did.

That thought has been looping in my head all day today, and I have to say, I'm genuinely worried. I'm just done with it; I really want to jump off this runaway train.

So, here's my question: how bad are the consequences of being constantly high like this? What really scares me is whether any of this damage is actually reversible.

He really gave it everything he had,...

I’ve gotta say, I’m pretty stoked with how the movie turned out—honestly, I loved it... mostly because it’s such a killer American 🙂

So, what’s the verdict from you guys?
Are "light" cigarettes actually any safer? in Health ·
Look, I know this might be a bit out of left field for this specific thread, but some guy was actually arguing that certain cigarette brands use higher-quality tobacco than others.

It’s like saying, hey, is a generic budget brand actually better than a Marlboro Red?
Or maybe comparing something like Camel versus a Newport Light...

you get the idea.

But really, that’s the core of it, isn't it? Is the tobacco in those cheap, bottom-shelf packs actually superior to what they pack into the premium, "smooth" brands that are easier on the lungs?
Honestly, I feel like I’m walking into a pressure cooker at work every single day!
